Today we’d like to introduce you to Ricardo Morffin.

Hi Ricardo, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
started 20 years ago in a small bakery shop as a dish washer… always wanted to learn more and more…. I started this job because it was my only option at the time.. but I fall in love with kitchens and how they operate … started from very bottom helped me to understand the importance of every position … it was a great journal starting at dish washer to prep line cook, lead line cook , etc etc .. for about 8 years until I find a great opportunity in a restaurant called ambli global cousine …. pariza an Kelly believe in me and the rest is history …

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
its never smooth!! restaurant business is hard and very demanding .. you have to love this industry for sure ..
our biggest struggle was COVID time … nothing is the same after that .. people lost interest in the restaurant industry thinking that any one can just work in kitchens with no experience or skills ( I know I started the same way but I worked so hard for what I got right now .. always first to show up and last to leave and 2 jobs)

I’m owner and executive chef at Ambli global and Latin Social restaurant
I specialize in tasty food and excellent presentation
i love to create new flavors using cuisine from around the world
I am very proud of the type of food that I serve everyday …
what set me apart from others is that ….i care and I am always looking for new ideas to upgrade my level of cooking

costumer satisfaction … nothing better than know that your costumers appreciate what I do
