Daily Inspiration: Meet Ronnie Van De Sande

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronnie Van De Sande.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began in my early 20s working as a makeup artist and sharing my passion for skin care. Those formative years sparked something deeper – a desire, not just to enhance outer beauty, but to help others feel truly cared for. That inspiration led lme to become a licensed esthetician 18 years ago, and ultimately to the creation of Santi- A Healing Collective
Fast -forward to today and Santi stands as the culmination of nearly 3 decades of experience, passion, and purpose. It is a space born from love – carefully crafted to offer more than just treatments. At Santi, our focus is always on the client: providing personalized, nurturing experiences in an environment designed to invite peace, relaxation and restoration.
Creating Santi has been a labor of love, and I am proud to have a sanctuary where people can feel seen, supported and ease. Every detail , every service and every touch point is guided by the belief that true beauty begins with the sense of inner calm.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I didn’t set out with the intention of opening a spa. It really evolved organically. I began as a solo esthetician, focused on providing one-on-one care. But things started growing quickly and this past August I was presented with the unexpected opportunity to expand. That’s when the vision for Santi began to take shape.
Everything happened so fast. Within two months, we fully remodeled the space, built a team, train staff, and somehow managed to do it all while I was working full-time providing treatments. By late October, we opened our doors. It was an intense whirlwind experience, but also incredibly rewarding.. Santi came to life out of passion, hard work and a deep desire to create something meaningful for both clients and team members.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
After spending years in the spa industry – and being an avid spa -goer myself, I saw a gap in the experience. I wanted to create treatments that left clients feeling completely fulfilled. Never wishing they had chosen a better product or adeed an extra service.
At Santi, every service is fully customized from facials to massages. We don’t believe in upselling or add-ons instead the service price includes a range of modalities, giving our providers the freedom to tailor each treatment to the client specific needs. It’s about intentional care not a menu of upgrades. Our pedicures are something truly special. They’re performed on a fully reclined massage, bed, offering total comfort and relaxation. They’re also completely waterless which allows us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. One of our signature offerings – Sole-ful journey pedicure is an hour of indulgent restorative care that goes far beyond your typical foot treatment. It’s truly pedicure bliss.
