Daily Inspiration: Meet Sheena Shah

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sheena Shah.

Hi Sheena, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey into this work wasn’t a straight line -it was a series of wake-up calls. For over a decade, I worked in Advertising, PR, Marketing, and Sales. On paper, I was thriving. But something inside me felt hollow, like I was ticking boxes but missing the point of it all. I wasn’t fulfilled. I wasn’t aligned.

That changed in 2017 when I joined Law of Attraction Solutions with Robert Zink. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching over 500 clients, ages 16 to 82, across 25+ countries. I help people shift their lives- whether it’s calling in more money, healing from heartbreak, creating healthier bodies, or finding a deeper sense of self-worth.

My work combines practical tools like NLP, hypnosis, and subconscious rewiring with deeply spiritual practices rooted in the Law of Attraction and Law of Assumption. I focus on results, yes -but more importantly, I focus on emotional truth. I help people release who they were taught to be and remember who they truly are.

This isn’t just a career for me. It’s my calling. Watching someone finally feel safe in their body, powerful in their choices, and open to receiving the life they’ve always wanted—that’s everything to me. That’s why I do what I do.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not a smooth road and I’m actually grateful for that now. My own struggles are what shaped my ability to do this work in a real and honest way.

There were moments of deep self-doubt, especially when I left a stable, well-paying corporate career to follow what felt like an inner pull into something more uncertain but meaningful. I’ve faced financial dips, identity crises, and the fear of being misunderstood, especially in a world that often dismisses the emotional or spiritual as “woo.”

But the hardest parts were internal: learning to trust my own voice, hold space for others while still tending to my own healing, and not lose myself in the process. As a coach, your personal life becomes your classroom, and that’s not always easy.

I’ve also had to face the same things my clients face – feeling unworthy, not enough, afraid to be seen. But every challenge taught me something essential about compassion, clarity, and resilience. And that’s what I bring into every session: not just techniques, but lived wisdom.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At the heart of my work, I help people remember who they really are beneath the fear, trauma, conditioning, and self-doubt. I’m an Alchemy Success Coach, which means I support my clients in creating powerful shifts in their relationships, finances, self-worth, health, and overall identity, using a blend of quantum science, energetics, and deep inner work.

I specialize in helping people dissolve attachment wounds, rebuild self-trust, and create a life that actually feels good on the inside-not just one that looks good on the outside. I do this through a mix of coaching, subconscious reprogramming, NLP, hypnosis, Law of Attraction and Law of Assumption principles, and practices rooted in both neuroscience and energy work.

What sets me apart is the depth and precision I bring. I don’t believe in surface-level motivation or quick-fix advice. I meet clients where they are, whether they’re 14 or 81—and I guide them through real, cellular-level transformation. I’m known for holding safe, powerful spaces where people feel seen, shift fast, and walk away more aligned, embodied, and empowered.

What I’m most proud of isn’t the number of clients I’ve worked with but it’s the messages I get months or years later saying, ‘Coaching with you changed everything,’ or “I finally am living a healthy, fulfilling life whether in my career or love life.’

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I’ve found that the best mentors often come into your life when you stop chasing status and start following resonance. Early on, I made the mistake of looking for people with flashy results or big platforms, but the real growth came from learning with those who got me—people who were walking the walk, not just talking about it.

So my advice? Pay attention to how someone makes you feel. Do you feel expanded, seen, challenged in a healthy way? That’s your mentor. It doesn’t have to be someone famous. Sometimes it’s a voice in a podcast, a teacher in a program, or someone living quietly but deeply aligned.
