Daily Inspiration: Meet Sibin Babu

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sibin Babu

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Sibin, and I’m an engineer by profession, but my true passion has always been rooted in spirituality and the pursuit of knowledge. From a young age, I was deeply fascinated by spiritual concepts, and books became my constant companions. As I grew, so did my curiosity about the deeper aspects of spirituality and occult sciences.

At the age of 13, I joined a martial arts school, where I was introduced to the principles of energy, or ‘chi.’ This piqued my interest even further and led me to research more about the connection between energy and spiritual practices, which eventually brought me to the ancient principles of yoga. My journey didn’t stop there; I began exploring other cultures and spiritual paths, particularly in Western esotericism and magic.

A pivotal moment for me was discovering the long-running American TV series Supernatural. It sparked a deeper exploration into the Enochian language, an ancient system of communication with angels. I purchased The Lost Art of Enochian Magic: Angels, Invocations, and the Secrets Revealed to Dr. John Dee by John A. DeSalvo, which provided significant insights into this mystical system. However, I realized that much of the knowledge surrounding Enochian Magic had been lost over time, and only fragments remained.

This realization inspired me to simplify the Enochian system and make it more accessible to modern practitioners. I incorporated techniques from yoga, meditation, and occult rituals, which I believe will help those interested in Enochian Magic delve deeper into its mysteries. This led to the creation of my book Enochian Magic – A Practical Guide to Summon the Angels: Secrets of the 48 Calls and the Tools Revealed to Dr. John Dee.

To reach a wider audience, I also launched a website called Men Of Letters, inspired by the same name from Supernatural. Through this platform, I’ve been able to share my ideas and promote my book to a broader community of like-minded individuals.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but I’m grateful for the support I’ve received from my parents, which has been a major pillar throughout my journey. Like many entrepreneurs and creatives, I’ve faced my share of challenges, especially when it came to self-publishing my book and building my platform.

The process of writing the book itself was an enriching experience, but handling everything on my own was quite demanding. I took on the responsibility for the entire project, from designing the front cover to revising, editing, and formatting the content. It was a significant learning curve, but I was determined to see it through.

In addition to the book, I also developed and continue to maintain my website Men Of Letters entirely by myself. Thankfully, my background as a software engineer has been a tremendous asset in this regard. However, balancing the technical aspects with the creative process has been challenging at times. It requires constant learning and problem-solving, but in the end, these struggles have strengthened my skills and deepened my commitment to my work.

Despite these hurdles, the journey has been incredibly fulfilling, and each challenge has pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a software engineer by profession, but my passions and expertise extend far beyond the technical field. I’m also a martial artist, having won a National Gold Medal in Kickboxing in 2018, and I hold a black belt in Karate. Over the years, I’ve trained in various martial arts disciplines, including Muay Thai and Shaolin Kung Fu, which have deeply shaped my approach to life and personal discipline.

In addition to my work in software engineering and martial arts, I am also a certified cybersecurity expert. I find great satisfaction in helping others, whether it’s through sharing my knowledge of spiritual practices or offering consultations to guide individuals on their own spiritual journeys. My fascination with spirituality, the occult, and esoteric systems has allowed me to assist people in discovering deeper insights into themselves and the world around them.

What I’m most proud of, however, is my ability to balance these various aspects of my life. As a family man with a wonderful wife, Priya, and a 10-month-old baby boy named Ridhai, I manage to juggle my career, passions, and responsibilities at home. Having the support of my parents and wife has been instrumental in helping me pursue my dreams while remaining grounded in my role as a husband and father.

What sets me apart from others is this diverse range of skills and passions. Whether it’s the discipline I’ve cultivated through martial arts, the technical expertise I bring from my career, or the spiritual knowledge I share with others, I believe this unique combination allows me to contribute to the world in a distinct and meaningful way.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as the ability to live a life that is in alignment with my values, passions, and purpose, while positively impacting those around me. It’s not solely measured by professional achievements or material gains, but by the balance I maintain between my work, personal growth, and family life.

For me, success means being able to pursue my passions—whether it’s through my work in software engineering, martial arts, or spiritual consultations—while also providing for and being present for my family. It’s about continuously learning and growing, both personally and professionally, and using that growth to help others on their journeys.

At the heart of it, success is about fulfillment—finding meaning in what I do and creating a life that I’m proud of, one where I can be a supportive husband, a loving father, and a source of inspiration and guidance to others.
