Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Spykstra.

Hi Stacey, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
At MomentS, flowers and family come together to create the beauty in all of life’s moments. We’re a mother-daughter duo with a shared passion for beauty, creativity, and connection. We both worked at a local flower shop at different times and loved it so much that we decided to open our business years later. It’s been exactly a year since we made that decision, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come in such a short time. We couldn’t have done any of it without our amazing community connections, and we attribute our high standards and philosophies to our mentor and friend, Peggy Lipps (previous owner of Li’l Flower Shop in Windsor, CO)

We specialize in weddings and events, but we also love doing the everyday bouquets to make someone smile!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Haha, never!!!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are known for our creative and unique bouquets! Our foolproof test for every bouquet? It has to make us smile before it ever leaves our studio.

One thing we are most proud of in our journey is partnering with the Cattle Baron’s Ball of Northern Colorado for their 2025 event.

What sets us apart at MomentS – No two arrangements are ever the same — because no two flowers (and no two moments) are ever the same.

Any big plans?
As you can imagine, year one has been a whirlwind! As we regroup and plan for 2026, we’re asking ourselves that same question — so for now, it’s TBD.
