Today we’d like to introduce you to Ares & Cruz

Hi Ares & Cruz, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
It all started at Niwot, where we both became some of the best high school runners in the country. Between different high school, collegiate, and professional coaches we have been around the block. Had our ups and down, and ultimately want to give that scope of running knowledge back out. We have a straightforward science based approach that will be written for each individual.
Coaches we have trained under include – Joe Bosshard, Andy Powell, Robert Gary, Kelly Christensen, Ryan Vanhoy, Alan Culpepper, Felipe Montoro, Ryan Root

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all. Both of us went two different high schools and multiple colleges. We had our successes along the way with running but that came with many, many setbacks. I think for us, it’s rewarding that we are able to help people avoid some of those setbacks and challenges that we have faced so far in our own journeys.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about To-Win Coaching?
We are highly knowledgeable when it comes to training and athlete development. Have been put in many different training systems and know how to specialize training to fit each athletes goals.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Things take time. If you truly have something good to offer, people will buy into that eventually. In our society it’s easy to feel hopeless after a short period of time without things going to plan. However, if you tough it out and can make it to the other side, opportunities tend to present themselves.
