Hi Asia, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
At the start of my story, I jumped right into this business. First off, I have nothing but drive and faith to pull me through.

So when Covid mandated shut down, the world stood still. Many of us used that time to dig deeper and uncover many layers of our passions through creativity. Some of mine were through pop-up shops and grassroots marketing to keep my brand still relevant.

I then found myself in a physical transition from an in-home office to a suite, and now I am navigating our expansion from Colorado to Kansas, Missouri.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The biggest obstacle for me now is my expansion from Colorado to now serving new states.

I began to see that my customer engagement had decreased due to this transition.

That is because, which comes to my obstacle conclusion, I noticed that making sales outside of social media had become more overwhelming when my initial target audience was Colorado-based. Colorado is home, so being placed somewhere else physically was transformative.

I no longer had a security blanket to be comfortable. This put me to new challenges that forced me to lean more toward my faith and understanding for comfort.

As you know, we’re big fans of Gloshic Beauty. What can you tell our readers who might not be as familiar with the brand?
Work for us now is more important because we are physically in a new place, so with expansion comes more new roles and tasks.

We now offer lipgloss samples for prospects and canvas opportunities. To bring more brand awareness.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Through the expansion, the lesson was that my faith grew, and through my faith, I persevered.

Although I dealt with a lot of doubt and intrusive thoughts of wanting to give up, I had to remember that through it all, I had a higher power on my side.

So, I essentially had to start from the ground up and become more positive with the gems that I have currently. This has been a humbling experience, and I have been able to shape the posture of my own heart to keep my eyes on the goal.

Which is to reach people’s hearts. Through this year, we are seeing the goal being reached.
