Today we’d like to introduce you to Cole Fritz.

Hi Cole, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Hey, I’m Coach COle Fritz, founder of the Coach Cole Fritz-Testosterone Optimization Protocol — a results-driven coaching program built for high-performing businessmen who want to drop 10–30lbs, build muscle, and reclaim their confidence without sacrificing their lifestyle.

I work with men who’ve mastered the boardroom… but feel like they’ve lost control of their body, energy, and self-respect.

What makes my approach different?

We don’t chase trends or restrict life. We use science-backed systems that work with your biology — not against it — to optimize hormones, simplify nutrition, and create a lifestyle that fuels performance in and out of the gym.

I’ve built this brand because I know what it feels like to look like a leader on paper — but not recognize the man in the mirror.

Right now, I’m focused on scaling the Testosterone Optimization Protocol, helping more men become the buff boss they know they’re capable of being — confident, resilient, and respected in every room they walk into.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No it hasn’t. I have struggled with depression and suicidal ideation. As a result building a quality business around self doubt has been hard. But because of this I have been able to become the best version of myself, realizing I know who I am and where I am going.

We’ve been impressed with Coach Cole Fritz, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I specialize in hypertrophy principles based on building the proper and best for the person in front of me. What that means is I look at what a person has, owns, and tolerates. As a result of this, I am able to present and build exercises for my people in a way that allows them to perform better and without using improper technique or principles that don’t serve them.

I am different because I have worked with the best in the world when it comes to building muscle and actual biomechanics. As a result I can see things most trainers can’t because they never learned how to do it properly in the first place. Being able to meet my clients where they are at and assist them from there is what is most important, not using the fad of the week.

I have helped many people transform their bodies and keep fat off, while at the same time build up their confidence and belief in themselves. As a result my clients are able to live new lives that they created because of their hard work and changing their world around them. What this means is they left their old lives behind and created their future self, which allowed for them to show up at work, family, and life more efficiently.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I have a long list of mentors- John Meadows, Milos Sarcev, Stan Efferding, Jordan Peters, Joe Bennett, Mark Coles, Tom Purvis, and Ben Pakulski.

All these men helped me either in learning how to train, teaching me how to train, or building my business. They are some of the top in their fields in bodybuilding, coaching, biomechanics, and nutrition.
