Exploring Life & Business with Iesha Westmoreland of Uniquely Iesha

Today we’d like to introduce you to Iesha Westmoreland.

Iesha Westmoreland

Hi Iesha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Iesha Westmoreland, born and raised in Rhode Island. Early into adulthood, I moved to Georgia, the year 2010. I am the loud, attention-grabbing, insightful, and unique powerhouse that comes in a 5-ft body. I graduated from Ashford University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a minor in Communications.

I am focused on my career as a freelance journalist in both broadcast and print media, as well as a global public speaker and communications expert. Do you want the definition of Unique? Here I am. Whether I am talking about talking or talking about growing up with PCOS. The mockery that came with growing up as an outsider got more awkward as the years went on. The stories I share are true events and have pushed me into certain professions and relationships not are not considered societally acceptable.

I have studied communication and interaction among all age groups. The knowledge I possess is quite difficult to break down in any statement. It is not a simple formula to decode. You must experience it to gain a full understanding. I am highly regarded and referenced by anyone who I encounter.

I can speak or write about almost any topic. Professionalism, relationships, casual informative situations, I have anyone devoting all attention to me. Maybe it is my voice or my delivery, either way, my point gets across and individuals are leaving with a new state of mind. The opposite of anything they thought the meeting would lead to.

Iesha possesses a plethora of dynamic professional traits that include but are not limited to dependability, flexibility, ease of training, and easily adaptable. A love for education and am always eager to learn something new. I have a genuine passion for investigating news and reporting critical events. As well as speaking to the masses, inspiring empowerment, and self-confidence. My attributes that you will adore are my abilities to be very open, and a welcoming-natured person with a charming aura of life.

My voice is loud by nature with an attractive addictive quality. I always get comments on my voice and they continue to say I should be on radio or TV. Once I tell them my profession, they say, “Yes. I can see that”. Uniquely Iesha, LLC is available to anyone nationwide in many forms. One-on-one, face-to-face, zoom, and phone appointments. Webinars, seminars, public speaking forums. Helping everyone become an individual in society who can articulate their feelings in a way that will not discriminate or pose defamatory accusations on others they are in conflict with.

Allowing my clients or audience to understand the situation on the level that promotes and directs them to a positive solution to any matter regarding communications.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not.

Anything worth getting is hard to get, especially in the realm of professionalism and careers. I have experienced poverty, self-doubt, ridicule, disrespect, and rejection.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
