Today we’d like to introduce you to Kendall Bullock

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?

Hi I’m Kendall Bullock, I’ve been a dedicated Full Spectrum Doula since 2019, a nurturing Birth Educator certified by Birth Boot Camp, and a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher.

As a mother of two, my personal experience really ignited my passion for doula work. Going through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, especially when my son had a stint in the NICU, made me realize how important continuous support and advocacy are during these times.

With my birth education training, I’m able to offer evidence-based information and resources to empower my clients. I guide them through childbirth classes, sharing insights into different birthing options, pain management techniques, and both the emotional and physical aspects of labor, delivery, and newborn care.

I approach my work with love, knowledge, and unwavering support. My goal is to help my clients feel empowered and confident in overcoming any challenges they may face.

Specializing in the birthing process, I’m always excited to be part of this transformative journey with couples. When I’m not supporting my clients, you’ll likely find me on my yoga mat or exploring the beautiful Colorado landscapes with my husband and two children.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

It has been a smooth road for the most part. I started solo, but eventually joined a collective called Balanced Beginnings Doulas, and I’ve been with them for 2.5 years now. We are a phenomenal small group of doulas supporting Boulder County and the surrounding areas. Thanks to the support of my partners, I’ve been able to work as a full-time doula, typically taking on 4-5 births a month.

I own Kendall Bullock Doula Services, which I founded in 2019 in Longmont, serving Boulder County.

I’m deeply committed to my clients and bring a blend of passion, caregiving experience, and a nurturing demeanor to support individuals through their pregnancies and births. My philosophy is simple but powerful: with love and knowledge, clients can navigate any obstacle with confidence and strength.

I specialize in the birthing process, approaching each experience with personalized care and genuine enthusiasm. I can’t wait to meet and support the diverse families that come my way.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?

I feel an immense amount of happiness when I help a client achieve the empowering birth experience they deserve. No matter what that looks like, I’m so grateful to be able to create an atmosphere where they feel heard and supported as they transition into parenthood.
