Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristin Hannay

Hi Kristin, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
The beginning of Traxx was a funny story and entirely unintentional. I was working a corporate job and just continued to feel like it wasn’t for me. I eventually quit to become my sister’s wedding planner on a whim and was then hired by the wedding venue she was getting married at to be their digital marketing director. Soon after that, I started having wedding vendors reach out to me and ask if I was taking on additional clients. It was at that point where I realized my passion for digital marketing, sharing stories, and started truly LOVING what I was doing.

I formally launched Traxx Social in January 2022 and have been learning and growing ever since! We still hold strong to our roots, focusing on serving clients in the wedding industry but have also branched into serving creative arts and crafts brands which has been a BLAST! Our team has also expanded our services from just social media management to now offering content photography, Youtube services, strategic consulting, and content writing!

Traxx continues to keep me on my toes but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Owning a small business is never an easy road, but it is SO rewarding. Our team has learned so much through the years on how to serve our clients well, how to connect with every client’s target audience, and getting to the core of what each of our client’s needs are. We pride ourselves with working closely with each of our clients and developing more than just a work relationship with them, but forming a personal friendship.

Traxx Social is a boutique digital marketing agency that is comprised of a team of passionate creatives helping our clients level up their social media presence so they can live a balanced, healthy lifestyle focusing on what matters most to them. We help our clients socials thrive so they can too!

We focus on wedding industry professionals and creative brands.

Everything we do at Traxx is done with love, thus the double ‘xx’ in our name. We want to ensure our clients feel cared for and are reaching their business goals both online and in person so they can live a life fulfilled. We customize EVERYTHING to our clients – our services, our workflow, our content, our strategy…everything that we do is done with our clients in front of mind.

How do you think about happiness?
Seeing our clients succeed and hit their goals is something that DAILY brings our hearts so much joy. There’s nothing quite like getting a random text from one of our wedding clients that they just booked a new wedding directly via our marketing efforts, whether socials, ads, or website! We are happiest when our clients are most successful.
