Hi Lane, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was first introduced to paintless dent repair in 1996, we had a hailstorm in South Bend, Indiana. South Bend is where I grew up and lived for 34 years. I was going to a community college at night, working full-time days and weekends. I would ask the guys working on the hail damage how I could learn to do this, I would ask every day! In the spring of 2017, they called me and I got my chance. I went to Iowa City Iowa for a hailstorm, my first as a real job. I worked for this specific company making many new friends and contacts along the way. In 2000, I started my own called Just Dents Inc. For the next 17 years, I would set up temporary operations in towns that hail had damaged many vehicles. My travels almost always brought me to Colorado, so in 2017 we opened Denver Dents LLC. I wanted to be home, coach my kid’s teams, be heavily involved in their school and activities. I get to do all of those things now every day! I met my best friend and now fiance and we plan to have our wedding in the fall of 2023. I could not make it all happen without her! Denver Dents LLC is very highly reviewed and we work very hard at that. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Specializing in hail damage repairs, it can be challenging when we do not have any. With covid and the lack of recent hailstorms, we had to pivot and offer more services. Autobody repair and detailing is where we turned. Utilizing networking groups on Facebook and BNI most of our business is now from a referral. We also recently added ceramic coatings to our list of things done at Denver Dents.

As you know, we’re big fans of Denver Dents LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are known best for our customer service and quality of repairs. We specialize in Paintless dent repair but also do many other cosmetic repairs or applications. Our detailing and ceramic coatings have really taken off and usually do around 10 details a week right now. Our collision repair business is also really taking off. What sets apart is turnaround time, quality, and outstanding customer service.

We work with all insurance companies but also will work with customers paying out of pocket. Following us on Facebook or Instagram is a great way to help. If you have done business with us google reviews are also a big help.
