Exploring Life & Business with Logan Edwards of ISO Health Physical Therapy and Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Logan Edwards.

Hi Logan, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My name is Logan Edwards and I started In Search of Health Physical therapy and Wellness in January of 2025. I started my career in Windsor, CT and worked under a group of amazing clinicians who mentored me and turned me into the PT I am today. I started ISO Health PT because after moving to Denver I was looking for how I could best serve patients I worked with. Physical Therapy has always been so much more than a job to me and I wanted to be so much more than just another PT to my patients. Since starting my practice I have been able to do so much community outreach and help people get better faster and be more confident with their bodies than I could have if I was in a traditional clinic.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Coming out of PT school I never imagined myself starting my own practice. When I left school I worked in an amazing clinic with fantastic mentorship and I attribute so much of my knowledge to my mentors back in Windsor, Connecticut. But when we decided to move to Denver I knew that I wanted to be able to give more to patients compared to what I could do in a traditional clinic. They don’t teach you how to start a business in PT school lets just say that. I have worked with some amazing people as I have started this process learning the ins and outs of marketing, website design, and how to build relationships with other businesses in the community. Doing this solo is an absolutely terrifying thing. Not having a team to work with means everything falls on me which can definitely be trying at times.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I run a concierge physical therapy practice based in Denver, Colorado that’s all about helping people move better and feel better without the hassle of traditional clinics. I specialize in one-on-one care that meets you where you’re at, literally. Whether it’s in your home, at your gym, or even in a sauna (yes, really), I bring high-level PT directly to you.

What sets me apart is that I’m not just treating pain I’m addressing the root of it. I use a mix of techniques like dry needling, mobility training, and functional strength work to actually improve how your body moves, not just get you through a flare-up. A big part of my work is helping active adults especially runners, cyclists, and weekend warriors stay in the game without getting sidelined by chronic issues.

One thing I’m most proud of is how personal the experience is. My sessions aren’t rushed, I don’t hand off your care to an aide, and you won’t find cookie-cutter treatment plans here. Every visit is tailored to you and your goals and making sure that you feel empowered with the tools to tackle anything that comes your way.

Whether you’re dealing with nagging back pain, rehabbing an injury, or just want to get stronger and more mobile, my goal is to make PT feel accessible, empowering, and actually enjoyable. I also host a weekly community mobility class called Mobility Mondays, it’s part stretching, part strength, part weird faces and it’s one of my favorite ways to help people take control of their joint health and get to know me.

At the end of the day, I want readers to know that physical therapy doesn’t have to be boring or clinical. It can be fun, effective, and something you look forward to.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I think I see the physical therapy industry trending towards more and more out of network types of clinics. Insurance reimbursement continues to get worse and the level of care people are getting at outpatient insurance based clinics is getting worse due to such high volumes of patients that they need to see to keep the lights on. With out of network types of practices you can be sure that you are getting individualized attention, faster results, and you’ll know exactly what you are paying for upfront rather than getting surprise insurance bills or getting cut off from PT treatment before you are ready. Another big trend that I’m seeing is people being proactive with their health and starting to use PTs as a check in to get ahead of future injuries to make sure they can stay active for as long as they can.
