Hi Max, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I founded the Chrisp Insurance Agency after more than a decade working in the insurance and real estate industries. My goal is to provide the most comprehensive and personalized policies for my clients. Whether it is Home and Auto or Business and Life insurance, my team and I take pride in guiding clients through every step of the insurance process. At Chrisp Insurance, you’re not just getting a policy — you’re gaining a trusted partner committed to protecting your family, your future, and your assets.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It wouldn’t be life it were always a smooth road, with the rising costs of insurance because of goods, labor and other risk factors, it has made it challenging for anyone in the insurance industry to succeed. Also, many people don’t understand what they truly need and how to protect themselves effectively. Combine that with a general lack of education around coverages it can make people feel uncertain way about their insurance. That’s why I’m so passionate about providing clarity, transparency, and real solutions that make insurance educational and valuable to everyone we do business with.
We’ve been impressed with Chrisp Insurance Agency , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Chrisp Insurance, we focus on providing personal insurance solutions that truly fit people’s lives. We specialize in Home, Auto, Business, and Life insurance, offering clients the right protection. The cheapest rate is not always the answer, because if you have valuable things and you want them taken care of correctly a budget carrier may not always be the best fit.
What sets us apart is our hands-on approach and local expertise. We take the time to educate clients and explain their options. We help our clients make confident decisions, because our clients always have an expert handling their assets. Insurance is specialized to each clients needs, and I believe in building relationships over transactions. If you can not text your insurance agent you are doing it wrong. Most people have a faceless 1(800) number. Not us! You can reach anyone int the agency by Text, Phone, or Email. Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust we’ve built within our community. Our clients know they can reach out and actually talk to someone who cares about their situation and is a local in their area. At the end of the day, we’re not just selling insurance policies. We are helping people protect what they’ve worked hard for and plan for what’s unexpected.
What does success mean to you?
For me, success isn’t just measured by sales numbers. It is about what those numbers represent. Every policy sold means another family, business, or individual is protected and better prepared for the unexpected. Of course, growth matters, but real success comes from helping people feel secure and confident in their coverage, and retaining their trust and keeping their business with our agency. When clients call to say we made a difference or saved them from a tough situation, and refer their mother or other family member that’s the kind of result that means the most to me. That tells me we are doing it right.
