Exploring Life & Business with Tabitha Frazer of Time With Tabitha

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tabitha Frazer

Hi Tabitha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
This journey has been amazingly challenging and more rewarding that I could have imagined. My story began in small town Kentucky, 48 years ago. Without much guidance or knowledge that an entire world full of diversity, adventure, heartache, and expansion existed, I boldly and quickly left my small town and began my journey. From Arizona as a nanny to Kansas, following love, from Germany (for 9 consecutive years) to D.C (briefly)., to Hawaii, and now Colorado – I have seen more than I have time or space to adequately express here, or that I ever knew existed. I now have the travel, adventure bug and can’t wait to get back out into the wide world and explore, meeting others, learning about cultures, traditions, and lifestyles so very different from my own – connecting and sharing along the way!

My biggest take-away when I consider my journey is that while I began “broken” -or so I thought, and without much guidance or even hope for a better future, my resilience and faith kept me afloat when I thought I was drowning. The ability to reset, restart, and imagine an amazing future still drives me to succeed, daily. Opening to others, learning from failures, and continuing to show up as myself is more valuable than an enormous bank account or anything money can buy. Not that prosperity and riches aren’t an aspect of success, but they are not the only aspect to consider when making decisions and following our instincts and desires..

Connecting with others and realizing that the web of life entangles us with the best and the worst people and careers. If we are willing to embrace alignment and allow the Universe to be “for” us with doors opening while other doors close that do not propel us forward, we can reach our highest potential. This requires taking time to be still, to walk through some challenging emotions, and to let go of people and experiences that get in the way of our brightest future.

I have not always practiced being still – quite the opposite actually. I was the “lets get this done” woman for many years. If there was a crisis or last minute need, I was the go-to for the job. Bending over backwards, running on fumes, sometimes working 16 hours a day as I ran from job to job, shuttling kids in-between, or dragging them with me, all the while trying to figure it all out. Little did I know that busy did not mean productive, it just meant overwhelm and exhaustion, but not true success. Following rules and expectations that I did not truly believe in, taking care of everyone else led me to a hospital stay, halting life for several months as I recovered from a dangerous blood clot and pleurisy.

Leaving a marriage, abandoning a career, and stepping into wellness and entrepreneurship were terrifying, heartbreaking, confusing, and yet amazingly empowering! Not an easy journey, but a path that is mine to now share with others so they too might find the freedom to choose a different life. We are but one decision away from a completely different life – every single day.

Through the help of Yoga – training through YogaFit – EFT Tapping Certification with EFT Universe and Heartshine Revolution, and now with Homeopathic and Natural Products as a Partner Co. Supervisor, I am able to bring my passions and dreams together under one umbrella. I still run at 1000 miles per hour some days, but now understand the imperative need for better boundaries. I can now say “no” without guilt, and know the signs of reaching burnout in time to re-evaluate and shift into slower gears. My favorite slow down offering is at my local gym, Results Fitness Rx where I have been the Yoga Instructor for 12 years. Now, every other Sunday morning is time for me – time to share a mindful practice for what I have been preaching for others to follow.

Time With Tabitha was born last year after I left my teaching career and jumped with both feet into my dream of living life of connection to others through wellness. My biggest dream of being paid to travel while bringing these amazing services to others all over the world has not been completely realized yet, but I am on my way. I have big dreams that I am no longer shying away from. All things are possible if we are willing to put in the time and trust the process.

In my darkest hours, there was still light. Sometimes as the face of my children who have offered encouragement throughout this entire journey. Sometimes from strangers that I didn’t even know. And even more importantly, from so many others that I cannot see, but who are sending encouragement and love as they are inspired to support me as they have been supported by so many before them.

I reach out today with the message of courage and hope as others embrace the strength and empowerment, wisdom and love from within. Follow your heart first. The rest will arrive when it is meant to arrive. Each day feels uncertain, so I now embrace the uncertainty. The next chapter is just beginning, but I now take the reigns of writing these chapters instead of allowing others to make my life decisions for me, Is it easy? No. Is it the best decision I’ve made so far? Yes.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it has not been a smooth road, but the waves of challenge often seem less, and the ability to move through the ever-changing tides is easier with practiced tools and a great support system.

The biggest struggle when making any life-changing decision, whether that means a career shift, adding to your family, getting divorced, buying a house, moving to a different state or country, means going against every role you were given or that you adopted somewhere along the way.

When we show up in a new light. others are sometimes uncomfortable. They want us to continue to be the person they’ve always known. If that version of you was the “yes” person who always took care of everything, or who constantly adapted no matter how uncomfortable or inconvenient it was for you, others will not enjoy your transition. I was that person. I’ve now adopted the “no” or “that doesn’t really work me” approach, unless it truly aligns with my inner being.

When we are brave enough to show up as ourselves, implementing better boundaries, considering our own well-being first, we are then able to help others on their journey. This is not easy. You will lose friendships, sometimes family, and even feel alone at times. Remembering that all of life is seasonal.

Ultimately, it is worth it! You are worth it! Your new, brighter, more creative self is worth the challenges that come with stepping into new, unchartered waters. I believe my brightest days and most wonderful moments haven’t happened yet. I have loved many aspects of my journey. I have also hated many aspects of my journey, until I realized just how important the challenges and hurdles were for my own growth and my own awakening to a better version of me.

I have a quote that remains on my refrigerator as a reminder, “A newborn chick doesn’t know its alive until its world begins to crumble. What seems like the collapse of your universe may just be an exciting new beginning.” I do not know the author of this profound statement, but it is a reminder that has carried me through many moments where I doubted my strength, worth, path, and relevance.

I now grasp all of those amazing aspects and know that I do make a difference in so many ways, but acknowledging and accepting that has taken quite a long time. My goal is to bring others into their own empowerment with less struggle and more joy.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Time With Tabitha is ever-evolving.
I offer others realistic tips for approaching their health moderately.
Step one: Evaluate the goal – overall health, not a number on a scale
Step two: Determine what is working and what can be deleted
Step Three: Choose one or two healthy actions to implement

(add a 10 minute walk during lunch break, go to bed 30 minutes earlier, drink one extra glass of water, try 5 minutes of stretching in the morning or evening, download an App for guided meditations, cut dessert in 1/2, write for 3 minutes in a journal, use daily EFT Tapping to release cortisol and stress)

An approachable program that fits with a clients current lifestyle is much more effective than making all changes at one. So, a gentle approach to health and wellness and a lifestyle shift.

Encompassing a variety of natural modalities and real-life tools and solutions as a roadmap to more aligned living. Time With Tabitha means dedication to a healthier approach to living through physical, mental, and emotional daily choices to up-level existence and purpose.

Combining all aspects of what we in-take, from televisions to nutritional eating, to podcast choices, physical activity, time in nature, quality products, and even who we choose to surround ourselves with, and most importantly intentional rest and quiet with ourselves to reset for each day. Balancing life and responsibilities with a healthier approach.

Time With Tabitha is an avenue of acknowledging the unique journeys of each client and finding value in what is already working.

I spend a significant amount of time with clients in 1:1 Science-based EFT Tapping sessions (both online and in-person), and also group EFT Tapping sessions and presentations, diving into goals, dreams, and what is keeping them stuck, using heart coherence and connection. I also give suggestions from other experts that benefit as additional resource to enhance overall health. While I cannot be the expert in all areas, I can point others in the direction of success.

Yoga is another aspect of my offerings, as well as encouraging my clients to simply touch the earth, to slow down, to use natural remedies for what ails them. I offer “walking” sessions – we walk and talk, either in-person or on the phone to get away from the computer screens and desks.

My newest implementation begins with an amazing hormone balancing product line (for both men and women) to help reset imbalances from toxic exposure, that then leads to a variety of other proven, natural products through Partner Co. to enhance health and life with more vitality. https://partner.co/?custid=N6734423

Time With Tabitha is beginning to embrace all of my passion to now offer as a complete package to clients, and eventually to entire companies. I partner with others along my path who have the same vision of health with less stress, and a greater sense of purpose and happiness.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Covid-19 Crisis was an important and pivotal time for me. My biggest crash, burn, and failures were a result of not following my own intuition, heart, and wisdom. I failed personally and professionally in huge ways, and am just now recovering from some of those choices. I liken this to a naturally occurring forest fire – one that initially seems completely devastating, but also a natural re-start for what may have been hiding beneath overgrowth that needed exposure.

Covid-19 shutdown as a Kindergarten Teacher and Restaurant Supervisor was brutal! I failed everyday. I failed the families, students, and community with not being able to offer effective learning measures, having to decide what shifts to give, take, and cut. We were unprepared at best and were helplessly drowning for what seemed like forever! Eventually, the technology piece was less overwhelming, and the doors of the restaurant were re-opened, but nothing was ever quite the same. I had changed. My passion and direction had started to take a different turn.

I witnessed kindness from strangers in a different way as small business owners were doing everything possible to stay afloat. Time at home with families was cherished on a much deeper level than before. As a previously outwardly social person, I was forced to look at my home environment and activities from a different perspective, re-evaluating what was truly important and what had been taking up much of my time that eventually could be released.

Covid-19 brought fear to me in ways I had never experienced, but also a sense of knowing that my resilience was strong and that my “I’ll figure it out” remained as the foundation for my adventure now. If I can teach Kindergarten online to more than 40 students during a global pandemic, I can do anything! I am no longer afraid to try what seems impossible. I now understand that part of truly living is jumping in with both feet. When we have to slow down, without distraction, we have the opportunity to take a long look at who we are, what we want, and next steps for moving in that direction.

There is never just one path to anywhere! “Mistakes” are made, but they are truly just a way to test the path. There is no wrong way, just a different way, sometimes easier, sometimes not. Covid-19 taught me quite a bit about being more selective with my friend groups. How self-reliance and resilience are my Superpower, and that I truly want to help as many people as possible to stand up, stand taller, louder, and to shine for all that they can be, and to feel empowered to take action. We can only make those choices if we feel good, have clarity, a goal, a focus, and are supported.
