Today we’d like to introduce you to Taylor Pachuca-abeyta
Hi Taylor, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business officially in July of 2024 after being asked by a dear friend to help plan a few weddings for a new venue he partnered with. Initially, I was very hesitant because when I got married in 2019, I did not enjoy the process as much as I thought I would, it was a lot more stressful than I thought it would be. Ironically, it turns out I love taking that stress from my clients and thrive in doing so! After running two weddings up at Peaceful Valley Ranch I decided I wanted to make this my full time job. I began putting myself out there in bridal Facebook groups and gained another 5 clients wedding bookings through the end of the year! From there, it snowballed. I’ve since gained the trust of over 30 clients for 2025 and have partnered with The Covey as one of their venue event planners too. This allowed me to quit my full-time corporate job in November 2024! It was only 5 months after starting up. It has been overwhelming to believe the favor I’ve had from only marketing through social media organically. I believe people are missing the hospitality piece of event planning and I love showing how I take care of my clients like they’re dear friends.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been a smooth road so far! I come from a large family of small business owners, so I know in working for yourself it’s inevitable to run into problems, I just haven’t to this point. My work comes very naturally to me, I’ve found great vendor friends who have been so willing to help me. I truly have to give God the glory, because like every NBA all star will tell you in their court-side interviews, I couldn’t do what I do without Him.

We are a wedding and event planning company with the intention of bringing true hospitality back to the industry. Generosity. It’s one of those things you can be towards anyone you come in contact with, it uplifts and gives importance to them and makes you a more happy and joyful person too.
