I’m thrilled to share more about what I do! I’m the founder and CEO of Alpine Virtual, where we specialize in pairing busy professionals and entrepreneurs with exceptional US-based virtual executive assistants (VAs). Our services revolve around helping busy professionals streamline their operations and focus on what they do best by taking the administrative and organizational burden off their plates.

What inspired me to create Alpine Virtual was my own journey as a virtual assistant. I was laid off from my other job during COVID, and I pivoted and grew my side hustle into a full agency. As I gained more clients, I realized how challenging it was to find dependable, professional, and experienced VAs who could handle high-level tasks while aligning with a client’s unique needs. That gap in the market inspired me to build a team that is vetted, reliable, and versatile.

The key components of our service include our rigorous 5-step vetting process for VAs, ensuring that only 1% of applicants make it to our team. We solve the problem of trust, reliability, and the time-consuming process of hiring and training assistants. Many of our clients are CEOs, entrepreneurs, or professionals who are overwhelmed with administrative tasks. We step in to manage their calendars, inboxes, HR processes, project management, and even specialized tasks like social media management or bookkeeping.

What makes Alpine Virtual unique is not just the quality of our team but our personalized approach. We ensure every VA is matched with the right client based on needs, personality, and goals. Additionally, we’re always thinking a step ahead. If a client has a growing need, we proactively offer solutions—whether that’s adding another VA or adjusting the scope of work.

At its core, Alpine Virtual is about making life easier, more efficient, and more manageable for our clients. We’ve seen the transformational impact a great VA can have on a business, and we’re passionate about delivering that same level of service to everyone we work with.

Who is this service for and who is it probably not a good fit for?
This service is definitely for the busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and CEOs out there who feel like their to-do lists have started multiplying overnight. It’s for the people running from meeting to meeting, trying to remember if they RSVP’d to their kid’s school event while simultaneously figuring out if they already paid the landscaper. Now, who is this service not for? If you had to boil your services or brand down to one core message – what would that message be?
We always say, “Do what you love, we’ll do the rest.” But there is a lot more to it than that. Maybe I’d say something like: If you’re juggling all the things and dropping half of them, we’re the people who catch what falls—and make it look like you planned it that way all along.

What has been the biggest surprise for you along this journey?
I never expected to build a full-on agency. I went from being a solo VA to running a company with an incredible team of people who make magic happen daily. It’s wild and humbling to look back and think, “Wow, this all started with me just trying to pay the bills during COVID.” Life really does have a way of surprising you when you lean into the chaos!
