And Wholepreneur, focus on supporting beginning entrepreneurs in setting up a solid foundation for their business while addressing mindset hurdles and balancing wellness.

Women’s Empowerment Course, I Luv Me Some Me, is focused on helping women to understand the things that hold them back and how to address them and build the life that they want.

Guided mindset journals support entrepreneurs and women in a variety of areas to help them clear mindset hurdles that keep them stuck in life and business. We also offer a Black men’s mental health workbook, Resilient Kings, to better understand their struggles and elevate.

Do you remember the moment you realized the world needed this product?
I have always been a firm believer that everyone should have access. When working with one of my clients, I realized that the gap not only in knowledge but confidence and execution as it pertains to business growth was greater than I thought. I came up with the idea of guided mindset journals to help entrepreneurs and women to address the thing that is often forgotten in trying to elevate, which is their mindset. Being a therapist of 18 years, I know the importance of how what we think we create and embody. I created this product to help begin the process of shifting your mindset to something that is positive and allows participants to feel capable.

Additionally, I created courses to help close the knowledge gap in setting up your business correctly. The courses build on my own journey as an entrepreneur who did not know what to do, or what systems I needed, or the importance of speaking to my mission, vision and core values. The courses allow for a deeper dive in one location of information and increase awareness that will help you to thrive.

If you had to boil your product or brand down to one core message – what would that message be?
I help women entrepreneurs build resilience and confidence by offering business therapy and mindset coaching that supports mental wellness, self-worth, and empowered growth. Through Kuumba Therapy’s Mind My Business Coaching and I Luv Me Some Me programs, I guide you in overcoming self-doubt, transforming your money mindset, and achieving balance so you can thrive as a leader in both business and life

What are you most thankful for?
Alignment. Over the past year, I have been trying to figure out how to best use my skills as a therapist and business coach. I am thankful that it has come to fruition in this space of journals, courses and coaching. I know that I am a joyful badass and I stand firmly in that power and hope to inspire and empower others to see the joyful badass in themselves.
