Today we’d like to introduce you to Alfonzo Moore IV.

Hi Alfonzo, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
When we started production in 2016, we wanted to make something God himself would be delighted to use. Greatness is derived from nature without any of the extra, unnecessary additives. Beard products every man would be proud to have as we felt that was something that was lacking in the world. Not enough men take pride in their personal care products. We began by extensively researching different elements, their effects on the skin and hair, and how responsibly they can be resourced. With all of these factors and more in mind, we were able to create the formula for our Bearded God’s line.

This of course was not limited only to our signature beard oils and butter; as it has translated into our oil misting sprays and shaving cream as well. Every one of them provides an exceptional experience and feeling while nourishing your skin and beard. All of this we strive to provide at a price that is logical for our customers.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It would be a tremendous lie to say this has been a smooth road. Although we all know that nothing worth having comes easy so I take it all in stride.

Marketing so far has been one of the biggest struggles. Which is odd because I know I have something great, right? I know that I am providing a top-quality product. But translating this into a marketing campaign has been something that racks my brain. Mainly because I know how I want us to be represented, but I often fight internally with myself on how to go about it.

recently finding reliable vendors for things such as the bottles we use for packaging has been rough but that is also a factor we seen coming since the pandemic had begun so we are finding efficient and effective solutions around that.

At Bearded Gods Ltd we pride ourselves at providing the best possible beard care products while keeping the environment and our customer’s pockets in good standing simultaneously. We have spent years dissecting and analyzing every single component we put into our products. This process allowed us to provide a commodity that is fundamentally 99% active ingredients all of whom play an imperative role in the greater cause; A luxurious beard or clean smooth shave any man would be proud to show off. All the while remaining natural, Cruelty- Free, sustainable and at an incredibly low price in comparison to equivalent products.

One of the biggest things I’d like the readers to know about us is that we are about the people and filling their needs. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service whether it be through or website, social media or in person. Without consumers becoming raving fans we do not exist and we would be hard-pressed to have any customers at all if there is slack in the customer service department. Having that understanding pushes us to give our best in every interaction we have.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
One of my favorite parts of our city would be the recent explosion of entrepreneurship that has begun to happen in the most recent years. The people have become incredibly innovative and experimental with what they do or provide despite some of the current circumstances local and otherwise. That has brought a uniqueness that is quickly taking over in every industry and honestly it has been needed for a long time now.

One thing I like least about our city would be the image we have of being this small mountain town with nothing to do. It’s no secret that Denver has grown exponentially, and although we may not be neck and neck with LA or New York, we have gained a much larger nightlife and social event calendar than we are given credit for,
