Hi Amber, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started this small business because of my son Brooks. Brooks loves the outdoors and being outside has instantly changed his mood since he was newborn. I love to hike, ski, and all the Colorado things and I just wasn’t finding apparel in Brooks’ size that reflected our lifestyle. So I had a crazy idea to start with a shirt and a hat, and it’s quickly evolved over the last year and half.

It started as just a a few items, and has grown to the 50+ products that we have offered to date. Keep the Littles Wild offers a range of items such as: snapback hats, beanies, snowsuits, jackets, hiking pants, layers, bamboo shirts, UV shirts, and more!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been tough, but I have been figuring things out as I go! Trying to make time to do ALL the things such as marketing, packing orders, website development, and more has been difficult to fit in. I work a full time job outside of the business as well as my other full time job of being Mom.

We are on a mission to keep the Littles wild.

Founded in 2023 by a Colorado mom who loves exploring with her Little, Keep the Littles Wild is a hip, curated children’s shop for kids newborn to seven years. Whether your style is adventuring in the mountains or exploring your backyard, Keep the Littles Wild brings fresh styles for the outdoor kid. Think mountain vibe meets backyard playset.

I want the readers to know that we are a mom-owned business that focuses on the outdoors. My son personally tests out all of our offerings in Colorado to ensure they are the best quality.
