My journey began with my grandparents, Moishe and Dysia Sonenreich, who fled Nazi Germany in 1950, seeking refuge in America. They arrived in Denver with just $40 and a baby, facing immense challenges as they worked to build a new life. Despite the hardships, they persevered, laying the foundation for our family’s future.
Growing up in this resilient family taught me the value of hard work and determination. Inspired by my grandfather Moishe’s vision for generational wealth through real estate, I was driven to make a mark in the industry. Starting at just 22 years old, I joined our family’s business, eager to prove myself. Recognizing the untapped potential of the Internet in commercial real estate, I swiftly implemented modern marketing strategies, expanding our reach and influence.
Today, I’m proud to lead the Warehouse Hotline, leveraging social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram to engage with over 1.2 million followers. Through these channels, I share valuable insights and empower others to navigate the complexities of the industry. Additionally, I’ve recently launched my podcast, “Commercial Real Estate Secrets,” where I offer practical advice and fresh perspectives to both newcomers and seasoned professionals alike.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been easy all the way. Starting out young in the real estate business came with its share of difficulties. Learning the ins and outs of the industry was tough, and not everyone believed in the new methods I wanted to try.
Being a woman in this industry added another layer of challenge. Some people doubted my abilities simply because of my gender. But I refused to let that hold me back. I worked twice as hard to prove myself and earn the respect of my peers. Getting people to trust me in such a competitive field took time and effort. It meant working long hours and sometimes feeling like I was juggling too much between work and personal life.
But every challenge taught me something valuable. It made me stronger and more determined to succeed. And by sticking to my beliefs and staying flexible, I’ve managed to overcome obstacles and find my way in the real estate world.

In the next 5-10 years, I anticipate significant shifts and trends in the commercial real estate industry.
