Buntu, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started the company as a result of a long time hobby of lending to peers cash whenever I had a few extra dollars. After experiencing limiting hurdles in obtaining personal financing from established institutions, which was another contributing factor, I realized that there were a lot of people in similar situations. That was the market gap I identified and that was met with a thirst to solve real life problems and to monetize solutions. All of this was possible due to early investors who believed in the vision.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It certainly hasn’t been smooth sailing, I think anyone in any field of business might agree that the road ahead isn’t a clear one. We’ve certainly had a number of challenges which we still face today but we have managed to curb every stone thrown at us presented by each quarter. One of the initial challenges that we faced was the sourcing of capital. We have spent a decent amount of time in seed funding in order to enhance the financial muscle of the company. We were also met with unexpected pivots and relentless competition, but I would say that it enabled us to stay sharp and on our toes, I think that kind of competition was one of the key factors that we needed in order to enable us to obtain our market share and maintain momentum. We accept all these challenges because we are well aware of the fact that they play a vital role in our overall growth.

We’ve been impressed with Axyl Loans, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Axyl Loans is a financial services company, we offer quick, easy and reliable financial loans to qualifying individuals, not only that but we make the qualifying criteria a whole lot easier. Our loans are convenient and ranging from as little as $6 and consumers can get approved within a short period of time. As the leading executive, my task is to oversee the overall operations and financial well-being of the company. Consumer satisfaction is one of my top priorities along with keeping the team in-tact and functioning at max capacity to ensure the continuation of quality customer service. What sets us apart is the importance that we place on our consumers. We are well aware of the fact that the most important stakeholders are our consumers and we value them above all else, furthermore, we make it a point to put them first and make them the focal point of every strategic decision that we take. Our constant need for continued innovation is what I think also sets us apart and what defines us, that along with the ability to evolve along with the ever growing and changing market. What we’re happy about the most is the growth that we’ve managed to attain every quarter. We’re also happy about the fact that we’ve managed to glide through every challenge that we’ve faced. We’re also happy of the resonance that we have with our consumers, the relationships we have built with them which are invaluable as well as with other stakeholders. What I like to outline the most is that we are a consumer focused brand, there are no sales without customers and because of that they are our leading priority.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I’ve had personal support along the way that I am grateful for but I’ve always made it known that my late mother Gloria Hlotywa has always been my biggest supporter, cheerleader and teacher. It would also be impossible for me not to acknowledge the heartwarming, love, appreciation and support we have received in Denver. We have had tons of support and without that love and support that we have received, we wouldn’t have made any tangible progress and for that we are extremely grateful.
