Today we’d like to introduce you to Caleigh Campbell.
Hi Caleigh, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and after spending many years away for school and work, I made my way back to the Colorado mountains—and I’m here to stay. I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in Portland, Maine, and began my career in orthopedics, earning my certification as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) while practicing in Houston.
It wasn’t until I discovered pelvic floor physical therapy that everything fell into place for me. I saw how underserved this area of care was—and how life-changing it could be. That realization became my turning point, and I shifted my focus to pelvic health, completing additional training through the American Physical Therapy Association.
One year ago, I opened my own practice here in Colorado, offering one-on-one, specialized pelvic floor physical therapy to both men and women. Many people come to me not even knowing this kind of care exists. My mission is to change that. Whether someone is dealing with leaking, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, or simply wants to move better without limitation, I meet them where they are with personalized, hands-on care.
My treatment approach combines orthopedic manual therapy, full-body movement assessment, and pain neuroscience education. The pelvic floor is our foundation, but it doesn’t work in isolation. I look at how the nervous system, breathing, posture, and movement patterns all play a role in what someone is experiencing. I especially love working with prenatal and postpartum clients—helping them prepare for labor, heal afterward, and feel confident and strong in their bodies again.
Outside of work, I love being active—whether it’s hiking with my dogs, lifting weights, doing yoga, spinning, or rock climbing. That love for movement is a big part of why I do what I do. I know how much it means to feel good in your body, and I want my patients to get back to the things they love without pain, leaking, or fear holding them back.
What’s surprised me most on this journey is how many people have never been told pelvic floor therapy is an option. Too often, I’m their last stop after months or even years of searching for answers. That’s why education is such a big part of my work—because I truly believe that with the right knowledge and access, we can change how people experience their bodies and their lives.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep growing my practice and expanding how I show up in the community—through workshops, content, and conversations that help normalize pelvic health. Everyone has a pelvic floor, and everyone deserves care that supports it.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a completely smooth road—but I think that’s part of what makes it so meaningful.
Starting my own practice has been one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done, but it’s also been humbling. There’s a steep learning curve when you go from being a clinician to also being a business owner, marketer, admin, and everything in between. I had to figure out how to build a brand, educate the community, and get the word out about a type of care many people still don’t even know exists.
At times, it’s been overwhelming—especially in the beginning when I was just trying to stay afloat while also making sure every patient still got the level of care I’m so committed to. It’s also emotionally heavy work at times. Pelvic health isn’t just physical—it’s deeply personal for a lot of people, and I hold that responsibility with care.
But even in the struggles, I’ve never questioned my “why.” I’ve seen firsthand the impact this work can have, and I’m constantly inspired by my patients’ stories. Every time someone tells me they finally feel understood or they’re able to return to something they love, it reminds me that the hard parts are absolutely worth it.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I own a pelvic floor physical therapy practice here in Colorado that’s built entirely around one-on-one, specialized care for both men and women. My mission is to provide a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported, especially when they’re dealing with things that are often dismissed or misunderstood—like leaking, pelvic pain, pain with intimacy, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, or orthopedic injuries that are impacting the pelvic floor.
I specialize in pelvic health, but I approach it through a whole-body lens. I integrate hands-on manual therapy, movement assessment, and education around how the nervous system impacts pain and function. It’s not just about treating symptoms in isolation, it’s about helping people truly understand their bodies, reconnect with them, and move through life without limitations.
What sets my practice apart is the individual attention and care each person receives. There’s no jumping from room to room or cookie-cutter treatment plan. I’m with each patient the entire session, and I tailor everything specifically to their needs. I also really focus on creating a welcoming, shame-free environment, because pelvic health can feel incredibly vulnerable, and it doesn’t have to be.
What I’m most proud of brand-wise is how many people tell me, “I had no idea this existed,” or “Why didn’t anyone tell me about this sooner?” That tells me I’m doing what I set out to do: bridge a gap in care, and help people feel empowered, educated, and hopeful.
Whether it’s preparing for labor, recovering postpartum, returning to sport, or just wanting to feel at home in your body again. I want people to know that pelvic floor therapy is here, and it can make a huge difference.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
When I have a patient where I can see something “click” for them and they leave with a better understanding of their body and being able to resolve their symptoms themselves with me as the facilitator.
Outside of my profession, my amazing dogs and rock climbing across Colorado are what make me happiest!
