Today we’d like to introduce you to Chip Sharp.

Hi Chip, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After being in the residential construction industry for 40 years this month, we decided to go out on our own 10 years ago specializing in residential custom home remodeling. I would define our company as a “boutique” custom remodeler. “Boutique” as in we do not run multiple projects at a time which allows us to focus on our project at hand giving it the attention to detail that we are known for from our customers. I am onsite, every day, with my tool belt performing critical tasks as well as ensuring our custom design is executed to our clients and ours expectations.

We started our business almost 10 years ago I have been in the residential homebuilding / remodeling business for 40 years. We felt there was a need for a small boutique custom remodeler for customers that wanted custom work done in their home overseen personally by the “owner” of the business. This initial thought proved to be correct. Homeowners were willing to pay for a personalized custom service from a company that respected their time, home and vision.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The remodeling / construction industry is never “smooth” but building a team of like minded resources is the key. They know what we expect and how to conduct themselves in our projects. We are extremely thankful for all involved.
