Hidden Gems: Meet Dr. Kelly Schuh of Worth International

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Kelly Schuh.

Hi Dr. Schuh, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Do you remember your first memory of making money?

Mine involved overflowing black garbage bags filled with monkey balls, the spiky seeds that fall from trees in the Fall. I was a little girl then, living in the suburbs of Wilmington, Delaware, and my entrepreneurial spirit was already burning bright. My dad offered me 3 cents per seed to rake up our yard, and I eagerly accepted the deal. Little did he know that hours later, I would be counting and cashing in on the bounty.

Fast forward to 2009, when I was pregnant with my daughter and struggling with hyperemesis, a medical term for morning sickness on steroids. As I peered down the toilet bowl, I saw the word “church” on the back, and it hit me: even with a full-time chiropractic practice, I could never reach as many people as my soul wanted to serve. That’s when I discovered the internet and its potential for impact.

Over the next five years, I built an online coaching business, wrote an Amazon bestselling book, launched an online course, and built a thriving niche community. But despite all my efforts and looking successful from afar, I found myself 130K in debt, feeling broke but not broken, exhausted, and ready to quit.

Everything changed on a chilly afternoon in the picturesque town of Boulder, CO where I now live with my husband and tween daughter. The sky was as blue as the ripest blueberries when my coach issued a daunting challenge – double my rates. My heart raced as I grappled with the idea of demanding such a price, unsure if anyone would pay it. But with no other options in sight, I reluctantly accepted the challenge for a 30-day trial. To my surprise, that year saw my business skyrocket from 50K to an incredible 150K, as I discovered my true worth and potential.

Now, I am in the business of empowering female entrepreneurs to own their worth and create the life and business of their dreams through the Living The Limitless TM experience and immersion program. As a Human Design Practitioner, empathetic healer, shamanic guide, and coach, I guide women on an adventure to transform their lives and relationship with money and abundance. At Worth International, LLC, we are igniting a movement of Women’s Worth Worldwide, and our sisterhood can be found on our Queen Of Worth Facebook group.

So, let me ask you: what’s your entrepreneurial journey? What memories do you have of making your first big money? I’d love to hear your story and see how we can support each other in making a greater impact in the world.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In 2021, I faced one of the most challenging years of my life and business. The pandemic year brought a series of unexpected events, including my parents’ cancer diagnoses, a broken ankle, my assistant and coach quitting, my grandmother’s passing, my beloved cat’s death, and even a bout with COVID-19. Amidst the chaos, I was forced to approach my business in a completely new way – a more feminine way.

With God’s guidance every step of the way, I shifted my focus to serving clients placed in my path and learned to trust my intuition deeply. I surrendered to the flow of life and realized that less is often more. This year of deep transformation taught me that, even in the face of adversity, I can thrive by embracing the feminine approach to business.

My Queen of Worth manifesto states: I choose Faith over Fear, Collaboration over Competition and Comparison, Empowerment over Manipulation, Victory over Victimization, and Abundance over Scarcity. I AM the Queen Of Worth!
