Hidden Gems: Meet Jeff Hansford of The Spirit Within Us

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff Hansford.

Hi Jeff, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey into the healing space began with interpersonal work and growth during an awakening period a number of years ago and has taken me through various certifications in healing modalities and initiation into shamanism. Through drawing awareness to my own personal healing journey, I found that my calling was to help others to heal and grow their awareness as well. I have a passion for teaching and energy management and energetic sovereignty and bringing together like minded and open individuals by creating safe and sacred spaces for community and togetherness.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The healing and awakening journey is not always the most pleasant, but it is through trial and error and recognizing our imperfections that we arrive at a place of authenticity and awareness to the infinite love the Universe has to offer us. The work I’m doing now came with being brave to step out of the normal routines and embracing my true mission and purpose in this life.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I tailer the healing path and modality specifically to the person – there is no one path and I believe in a dynamic approach to identify, address and maintain healing. I create a sacred, safe place to open to allow love and balance to bring healing and growth. I am a Q’ero shaman trained in a number of modalities including QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing), IET (Integrated Energy Therapy), Reiki, and intuitive practices like Oracle and psychic readings. My foundation in shamanism allows space for interpersonal work, like shadow work, trauma and abuse recovery, substance recovery, and inner child work, as well as basic energy management courses, shamanic journey, soul retrievals, heavy energy clearings, property clearings and guided meditations. I always offer free consultations to align with the initial steps that Spirit presents for your particular healing journey.

Luck is just a mindset! The joy of pursuing your passion and giving back to others drives the law of manifestation and when we align with what we’re truly supposed to be doing, the Universe handles the rest.
