Hidden Gems: Meet Laura Baron of All County Denver Metro Property Management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Laura Baron

Hi Laura, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started back in 2016. I have a passion for homes and I used to be an interior designer. When Denver‘s housing market started to heat up following aftermath of the recession of 08, I decided it was a great time to hop on board the real estate train. I first worked as a real real estate agent, and then realized that Property Management was a sect in which I could build a company with passive income and help owners of properties, landlords, and tenants alike. I myself had also been a landlord and was interested in expanding on that title. I had been a stay-at-home mom for five years prior, and I started the company by myself. I positioned it in such a way that it was close to my kids daycare, and I went into the office and started All County property management from the ground up. Today my husband works for the All County Denver Metro team and we are expanding our company with the team at All County Denver South property management. Today we are successful with 300 properties and love what we do.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It is not been a smooth road. The housing market in the Denver Metro has been a roller coaster. From properties skyrocketing in value to the need for rental housing after Covid, the landscape has drastically changed. New tenant laws that our tenant friendly have come across. Now more than ever it’s great for a landlord to have a great property manager.

As you know, we’re big fans of All County Denver Metro Property Management . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I have had a staff of several years. We are very good to our employees and we are very transparent and trustworthy as business owners. Our team members make it vital to run a good business for property management is very task oriented. Our company is broken up into lanes in which everyone has distinct tasks within that lane. We are very consistent, and if employees need to be trained, we will train them, train them, then retrain them for perfection. We specialize in tenant placement, and full-service property management. We also excel an investor acquisition. We can help property owners purchase new properties or offload their existing rental. We also work very well with realtors and we honor any Business that they give us and we respect that Realtor‘s relationship with the landlord. Our favorite clients, our property owners who own one to 100 rentals and are interested in partnering with a property management company who will work in their best interest and for the best of all involved. We are pioneers, our industry, and we are at the top of our field.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
We are very consistent and we employ our value system in every aspect of our company. We do not let our values or our way of operation falter. We also excel at great communication and are always willing to talk to our landlords and tenants alike at any time via phone call or email during business hours. This is very important as many property managers are hard to get a hold of during the business week. Transparency is key.
