Hidden Gems: Meet Lauren Taylor of Aesthetics 360 Lash & MedSpa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Taylor.

Hi Lauren, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hi, I am Lauren Taylor, the proud owner of Aesthetics 360 Lash & MedSpa.

My husband Robbie, 19-year-old daughter Kaylin, 20-year-old son Bobbie, and our pack of crazy dogs complete my beautiful family. I am honored to have lived in Parker for most my life and owned businesses here for over 17 years. My husband and I have owned Insurance brokerages for 17 years, helping clients with their Health, Life and Medicare Insurance needs. While we still operate our brokerages, we decided it was time to diversify our business portfolios and add our passions into the mix now that our children are grown. My husband opened Blind Dog BBQ, a small-batch BBQ catering company. He is so talented with his smokers; it was only a matter of time before he opened a business!

I have always had a passion for the Aesthetics industry and decided to open Aesthetics 360 Lash & MedSpa in Aug of 2022. I saw Parker had a need for a MedSpa that was not only fun and inviting, but uniquely staffed with highly educated and experienced medical professionals that could deliver services that the average MedSpa cannot.

I am honored to be the owner of A360, where I share my passion for enhancing beauty—inside and out—through the amazing services we offer and the talented professionals who make it all happen. In 2023, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, an experience that profoundly impacted my perspective and vision for the spa. It inspired me to focus on creating a practice and brand dedicated to helping people look and feel their best, even on their hardest days.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road AT ALL! In addition to the normal challenges that go along with opening a business, on Halloween of 2023, in the middle of the MedSpa’s rapid growth, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I have been undergoing chemotherapy and surgical treatments for the last year. I have always believed that we find ourselves in the right place at the right time, and things happen for a reason. Our fantastic on-site Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Director is highly skilled in Aesthetic Nursing, but also has an extensive background in Oncologic Nursing. We also have a phenomenal Medical Aesthetician with Oncology training, who happens to be my beautiful sister! In addition to my loving family, I am blessed to have these women in my life who administer our amazing services that help me look and feel my best, inside and out, during this challenging time.

I am so excited to say that today was my 90 day check up after my last chemo, and I am officially CANCER FREE!

The outstanding response I have had mitigating my side effects after my treatment rounds and surgeries with our IV Therapy and the other services offered have shocked my Oncology team and has been very eye opening to us as a practice. We proudly launched our Oncology Support Department this year to help so many others battling Cancer with their symptoms, treatment response, and quality of life. This support has been truly life changing for so many.

My oncology journey has shaped the way we approach treatments, with an emphasis on supporting clients through the challenges of cancer and aging. We specialize in offering customized solutions that help mitigate the side effects of cancer treatments, promote healing, and improve overall well-being. I’m proud to be a part of a team that is committed to making a positive impact on our clients’ lives, especially when they need it most.

Additionally, being an example as a professional, mother, leader, community advocate, and woman is incredibly important to me. I want to raise the bar of women supporting women (especially in the aesthetics industry) and create a community that is full of love and genuine support. We can go through hard things and use it to fuel our drive, not overcome us with sorrow. I strive to find the beauty in everyone and everything around me.
