Hidden Gems: Meet Lauren Zeiher of Lauren on Earth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Zeiher.

Hi Lauren, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am an Akashic record reader, quantum healer, galactic astrologer, guide to the depths of the underworld where shadows transform into light, a devoted mentor in psychic development and a retreat leader who orchestrates soul-nourishing experiences in sacred vortexes around the globe. My story began as a self-loathing and unhappy girl lost in the chaos of society to a woman in deep reverence to Christ consciousness and the healing of humanity.

Although I can trace my psychic abilities back to childhood, it all began when I developed a chronic illness in 2015 that left me bedridden for 10 months due to chronic pain, muscle atrophy and a long list of debilitating symptoms. I couldn’t walk, was not absorbing or digesting foods and my quality of life was extremely low. After seeing dozens of specialists, I was told my case was too complicated and I would just need to learn to manage the symptoms. This is where I began to first hear the voice of spirit who told me not to listen to them, that it is possible to heal and ultimately guided me to completely heal by 2020. At the time, I felt she had no other option but to listen to the voice, which I later realized was spirit or a higher intelligence. At the time, almost 10 years ago, it was strange and there was a lot of fear around psychics so it wasn’t something I immediately accepted or dove into!

I moved out to Los Angeles in 2017 and spent three years healing and developing and understanding my psychic abilities only to begin offering Akashic readings and healings in the spring of 2020. From there, I learned how to master the alchemization and transformation of energy by diving into the shadows to understand the root of my trauma and pain. I was presented with the opportunity time and time again to alchemize pain into love and learned how to safely navigate and understand the darkness that undeniably exists on this planet. Because of this, I became skilled in knowing just how these energies can affect us in both a positive and negative way and now offers sessions called psychic surgeries that focus on identifying any inorganic, distorted or heavy energies in the system that are inhibiting divine expansion. My gift is to see the unseen and see beyond the veil, and I do this from a place of unconditional love.

Over the last four years, I have traveled to and lived in many sacred places across the globe including Tulum, Mount Shasta and Glastonbury, but always returning to my home base of Denver.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I have undergone what I call a series of initiations over the last several years that have helped to shape me and strengthen my skillset to face that heaviness or darkness with complete confidence and without fear. I have experienced health issues, as mentioned, as well as having to navigate my way out of relationships with others who had negative intentions towards me. There were many layers of suppression that I had to work through.

The shadow is our teacher and it is also our guiding light back to unconditional love and unity within ourselves. The beautiful thing about shadow work is that together, we are not trying to separate you or detach from this aspect of self, but rather heal the traumas and triggers so that your shadow and light can be as one and in a state of peace. I gently guide others through this process, the trials and tribulations that ultimately come as we begin to unravel what has remained suppressed because at the end of the day, the only way out is through. For anyone who has felt this underlying heaviness, where something feels off, or it is difficult to experience and feel joy, don’t hesitate to reach out! I am a living and breathing testament to the power of this work as I went from being depressed, unhappy and afraid to someone who has found balance, joy and a deep love for myself and all living beings. Saying yes to this work is the most freeing thing you can do for yourself and the ultimate act of self love.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Lauren on Earth?
I am an Akashic Record reader, healer and shadow worker who acts as a loving guide through the parts of the healing journey and spiritual awakening that can feel confusing, heavy or fearful. We all have aspects of self that are both light and shadow and in the shadow, there is so much that remains hidden as we are addressing the unseen, suppressed and neglected parts of self. My skillset and niche is the depth to which I can access these layers of consciousness and identify and remove very dense and potentially harmful energies who’s intention is to inhibit self expansion and expression.

Every emotional and physical ailment can be traced back to an energy blockage and sometimes those blockages are hidden in places we cannot see or access yet. That’s where I come in: to be the eyes to see beyond the veil. My energy healing sessions are different than Reiki as together, we are going deeper and coming from a different angle. Reiki is essentially a transmission of life force energy, but sometimes we have unconsciously blocked ourselves from being able to receive that life force and love. Anyone else have a receiving wound?! It’s important to identify those blocks and work through them, so that the Universe can truly provide for us in the way it wants to. In other words, so many of us are unconsciously blocking or rejecting that abundance and love and once we dive into the why and begin dismantling it, we can open ourselves up to even more love, joy, peace and blessings in our lives.

I offer several types of sessions including Akashic Record readings, which is a field of information that holds the memory of every experience your soul has ever had (past, present and future possibilities) so you can know yourself on a deeper level and rediscover who you are beyond your Earthly self. In other words, in an Akashic reading we dive into the why behind who you are and why you are the way you are. I also offer healings, psychic surgeries and mentorships for the energetic work and into the shadow to liberate you and help you feel your best.
