Hidden Gems: Meet Michelle Herron of Restore Hyper Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Herron.

Hi Michelle, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Former college basketball player turned wellness executive with over 15 years of leadership spanning endurance sports, medical practice operations, and cutting-edge longevity spaces like Next Health. Now serving as Manager at Restore Hyper Wellness, I leverage a lifelong dedication to health and human performance to advance proactive, preventative medicine—shifting the focus from reacting to illness to optimizing lifelong vitality.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Identity & Career Transitions: Evolving from a college athlete into a business leader, requiring constant adaptability and a shift in personal identity.

Operational & Entrepreneurial Stress: Managing high-stakes logistics in endurance sports, followed by the financial, regulatory, and personal pressures of running three medical practices with a spouse.

Systemic Friction: Battling the traditional healthcare system’s focus on reactive “sick care” rather than proactive prevention.

Evolving Industry Demands: Staying ahead in the fast-moving longevity and wellness space through roles at Next Health and Restore Hyper Wellness.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I was drawn to Restore Hyper Wellness because it aligns perfectly with my lifelong commitment to proactive health and athletic performance. Having grown up playing college basketball and spending over a decade in the endurance race industry, I know firsthand how critical recovery and physical resilience are to long-term performance. Later, when I co-founded three medical practices and worked with Next Health, I saw the limitations of our traditional healthcare system—a system designed to treat illness after the fact rather than prevent it. Restore is bridging that exact gap by making advanced longevity tools, like cryotherapy, IV drips, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, accessible to everyone. As Manager, I am thrilled to lead a team that empowers our community to take charge of their health, minimize inflammation, and optimize their vitality before problems even start.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is keeping people healthy before they ever get sick. Having spent my life as a college athlete and over a decade in endurance sports, I know what it takes to push the human body—and how vital recovery, physical resilience, and peak performance really are.

Through building three medical practices and working in advanced longevity spaces like Next Health and Restore, I saw firsthand how broken our traditional healthcare system is. It’s built to treat illness after the fact, but my passion lies in proactive prevention. What drives me every single day is empowering people to take control of their own health, optimize their vitality, and live longer, fuller lives—shifting the focus from reactive “sick care” to true, lifelong wellness.
