Hi Morgan, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I absolutely love guiding couples through the process of planning their special day and watching everything come together seamlessly. Helping to alleviate the stress so they can fully enjoy the meaningful moments is incredibly fulfilling for me.

My passion for wedding planning began when I organized my own wedding in 2022. Although it came with its challenges, I truly enjoyed managing the details and bringing our vision to life. Not long after, I had the opportunity to help a friend plan her wedding—which ultimately inspired me to launch my own business.

I became a certified wedding planner in January 2024, and my first year exceeded all expectations. I never thought I’d be published in Rocky Mountain Bride my first year in the business. It was an incredible experience that affirmed my love for this work. Now entering my second season, I’ve decided to rebrand. This new look and direction better reflect the heart of my business and the services I provide.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like anything in life, wedding planning comes with a learning curve. No two weddings are ever the same, and as a planner, flexibility and problem-solving are essential. Even with the most detailed planning, unexpected situations can arise—whether it’s a vendor arriving late or a stain on the bride’s dress. There’s no such thing as a completely perfect wedding, but my job is to step in, adapt quickly, and find solutions so the couple never has to worry. It’s all about staying calm, thinking on your feet, and keeping the day running smoothly no matter what.

One of the most important qualities contributing to the success of Morgan Renee Events is adaptability. Weddings are dynamic, and no matter how well-planned, unexpected situations always arise. Being able to stay calm under pressure, think on my feet, and pivot quickly has been essential in making sure every event runs smoothly.

That adaptability, paired with strong communication and a genuine care for each couple’s experience, allows me to build trust with my clients—and ultimately deliver a wedding day that feels effortless, joyful, and uniquely theirs.
