Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I began as a public defender. I then worked a a private attorney for over 20 years and then transitioned simultaneously into education. After 20+ years in education I decided I was done working and would like to spend more time with family and friends. I also love to travel. I created Denver Urban Spa initially as a way to bring hydrotherapy to small communities, now we also provide housing for those who are at risk.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Yes the discriminatory practices against individuals on the basis of race, gender and disability have been my greatest challenges both professional and personal.

We have homes which over inexpensive living options while emphasizing wellness and mental health
