Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Vincente.
Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began when I started painting in 2016. I created and started selling my art pieces online, and it caught the attention of Shop Vida, who reached out to me to see if I would like to design garments for them. I became a top seller, inspiring me to start Rossario George.
Six years later, we continue to redefine the meaning of luxury and as of 2023 we embraced the beauty of travel, all while remaining steadfast in our dedication to providing an unparalleled experience to our worldwide audience in all products we sell, which includes women’s ready-to-wear and women’s couture, shoes, accessories, and of course our five star- rated and Leaping Bunny-certified RG beauty lines for the face, eyes, and lips.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing worthwhile is ever smooth, is it? For about 2 years sales were not as robust as we liked but we kept adapting which in turn got us where we currently are today. Where are we? We’re now in over 5 retail opportunities. 2 in WA state, 2 online, and just recently with Walmart. It makes me proud to say that.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Rossario George is a full-fledged travel and fashion lifestyle brand that sells women’s ready-to-wear, couture, shoes, accessories, and five-star rated and Leaping Bunny-certified beauty for the face, eyes, and lips around the world.
What sets Rossario George apart from others is our ability to surprise. CEO and designer for Rossario George, Tony Vincente never likes to do something twice so each year’s collection is always something people can and do look forward to seeing.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up.
I always loved to draw and had a huge imagination. When I was a kid I used to create comic books my relatives would buy at my “newsstand”. Even writing this is putting a huge smile on my face.
Many of those relatives are gone but this is proof that their memory still invokes joy.
