Hidden Gems: Meet Vijaya Koduri of Laramie pediatrics, Dellrange Pediatrics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vijaya Koduri.

Hi Vijaya, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m a board-certified pediatrician and practice owner. I started my career focusing on providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and supporting families. Over time, I grew into leadership roles and now manage multiple clinic locations while continuing to improve access, efficiency, and patient experience. My goal is to keep building a strong, reliable pediatric practice that serves the community well.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Balancing patient care with running the clinic has been my biggest challenge, especially with staffing shortages and the growing administrative workload. I stayed focused, adapted quickly, and kept patient care as my priority.

I’m happiest when I’m helping kids and families, spending quality time with my family, and continuing to grow and make a positive impact.
