Inspiring Conversations with Christalle Dalsted of High Vibration Healing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christalle Dalsted.

Hi Christalle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I got started in life coaching and energy healing after going through a deep period of my own personal healing. Following that journey I relocated from Denver to Central Mexico to spend some additional time disconnecting and recalibrating my life. In early 2022 I launched my energy healing business while living with very slow internet in Mexico. After serving a moderate amount of clients I got a bit discouraged and decided to pursue other ventures for awhile. I ended up back in Lakewood, CO for awhile – started a cleaning business, then found a part time job selling insurance – being allowed to work anywhere in the world. I moved back to Mexico in May 2023 while continuing to work with clients in the US and spending time in Denver periodically throughout the year. Fast forward to summer of 2024 I finally decided to give my energy healing business an overhaul and I rebranded as High Vibration Healing. For the past 8 months I’ve been slowly but surely refocusing the business into what it is now. Now, I have a group program for individuals that are in the midst of their own personal development and awakening journeys. My program is designed to provide guidance and support to reconnect within, heal past wounds, create an empowered mindset and move forward into a more authentic existence. I am about to launch a similar program to assist beginning entrepreneurs that are looking to start creative endeavors and need help with the vision, mindset and strategy. It has been a labor of love and I’ve helped dozens of people free of charge through my monthly workshops.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Entrepreneurship has not been a smooth road for me. Anyone that has started their own business knows that there is a deeper layer of limiting beliefs and wounds that can be uncovered on the journey. In addition to that I would say that the state of the economy in the US has taken a toll on services like mine that are not deemed “essential”. I have had to maintain a part time job throughout all of this to continue to support myself.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a personal coach and energy healer that focuses on supporting creative, spiritually minded individuals through their personal transformation and healing journey. I specialize in allowing each individual to connect with their higher self through guided subconscious mind sessions, dream interpretation and intuitive coaching. I am proud to say that the individuals that have worked with me have taken the steps to create more satisfaction, happiness and freedom in their lives. What sets me apart is that I am never afraid to admit when something is not aligned or if I think a different approach would work better for each individual. I know I cannot help everyone but I know alot of other healers and professionals so I want each person to have the best experience possible.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
I am a raver, I love electronic music and so as it turns out alot of my clients end up being part of this scene too. I understand the unique personality of these individuals and utilize dance and music in some of my healing sessions.
