Hi David & Charlotte, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Pueblo Charcuterie is a local family owned charcuterie business that serves the Pueblo County area. We started back in December of 2020. My wife, Charlotte & I started simply trying to make extra cash. We had no idea that our product would become so popular and demanded. Our trays began very simple and throughout time we have innovated. We have created very large graze “charcuterie” tables for up to 250 guests. Pueblo Charcuterie is now fully licensed & insured.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Pueblo Charcuterie had several obstacles at its early stages. However, I think the most and relevant obstacles were the licensing & finding a commercial kitchen to operate out of. We were in search for a very long time until we finally found something that fit what we’re looking for and needed.
As you know, we’re big fans of Pueblo Charcuterie. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Pueblo Charcuterie is proud to serve the best of the best. We do not cut corners in what we offer. Our company offers a wide array of the highest local & name brand items. Unlike, a store bought fruit tray, Pueblo Charcuterie takes quantity & quality very serious. We offer seasonal option trays & the best seasonal offerings for our artistic boards. Pueblo Charcuterie has a team of dedicated and experienced individuals that love what they do. Our company involves itself in its community and helps out where needed.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Charlotte & I, believe that offering our customers the best customer service possible is the most important. We love to work hand in hand every step of the way with everyone we have the honor of catering to. As the owners we believe communication is vital. From the moment somebody orders until the day of their event we want them to feel listened to and that their opinion matters. After all it is their event.
