Today we’d like to introduce you to Emily Brown.
Hi Emily, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my journey as a transformational coach and women’s empowerment mentor after years of navigating traditional roles that didn’t quite fit me—marriage, motherhood, and the expectations that came with them. I realized that many women were quietly giving away their power, their time, and their sense of self, often without even realizing it.
Over the years, I began blending my background in psychology, somatic practices, and deep inner work to create coaching programs that help women reclaim their essence and live in alignment with their values, desires, and strengths. I founded my business to provide a space for women to reconnect with themselves—without the pressure to perform or meet anyone else’s expectations.
Today, I run a coaching practice and online courses like Who You Are Meant to Be and Inner Revolution, helping women shift their perspective, embrace their wholeness, and step into power with clarity and confidence. What started as a personal mission to heal and reclaim my own life has grown into a business centered on helping others do the same, one choice at a time.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. The journey of building a business and creating a coaching practice that truly serves women has been full of twists, learning curves, and moments of doubt. Early on, I struggled with trusting my own voice and vision—wondering if I was doing it “right” or if anyone would even resonate with what I had to offer.
Being a single mom and balancing personal growth with professional ambition added its own layer of challenge. There were times I questioned whether I could manage it all, and moments when fear and uncertainty threatened to hold me back.
But each struggle taught me something essential: resilience, clarity, and the importance of staying aligned with my values. The obstacles didn’t just shape the business—they shaped how I show up for the women I work with, helping them find their power and reclaim their wholeness even when the road feels hard.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business exists to help women step fully into themselves—to reclaim their power, clarity, and sense of worth in a world that often asks them to shrink. I specialize in 1:1 transformational coaching, offering deeply personalized guidance that goes far beyond surface-level goal-setting.
What sets my work apart is my focus on wholeness. Many programs teach strategies, mindset shifts, or productivity hacks—but they miss the integration of body, mind, and spirit. True transformation isn’t just about doing differently; it’s about being fully present in your life, honoring all parts of yourself, and moving forward without leaving pieces behind. That’s what I guide my clients to cultivate: a life lived in alignment, authenticity, and full presence.
My coaching combines evidence-based methods, mindfulness practices, and intuitive insight, blending practical tools with deep self-awareness. I meet women where they are, using both wisdom and relatability to help them recognize their patterns, release what no longer serves them, and step confidently into who they are meant to be. Each session is highly individualized—designed to create shifts that are both immediate and lasting, so clients walk away with clarity, self-trust, and tangible strategies for living fully.
This work is for women who are ready to rise, take responsibility for their growth, and step fully into the lives they are meant to lead. Through 1:1 coaching, women often experience profound breakthroughs—feeling lighter, more empowered, and aligned than they have in years. Seeing someone reclaim their voice, trust themselves, and embody their power is the part of my work I am most proud of.
While I also offer programs like Who You Are Meant to Be and Inner Revolution, the heart of my business is these personalized coaching experiences. They allow women to integrate insight, action, and embodiment in a way that no one-size-fits-all program can. My brand is about helping women stop giving away their power, honor their boundaries, and live with intention, wholeness, and courage.
For readers, I want them to know that working with me is not about checking off goals or doing more—it’s about stepping fully into yourself, honoring your wholeness, and creating a life that truly reflects who you are. We all need support to navigate change, growth, and challenges—and there is no shame in that. My coaching is an invitation to show up, trust yourself, and take ownership of your growth while feeling supported, seen, and empowered every step of the way.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My biggest piece of advice for those just starting out is to embrace support and guidance from the very beginning. So often, we feel like we need to figure it all out on our own, but no one builds a meaningful business or life in isolation. Seeking mentorship, learning from others, and being willing to invest in yourself will save time, energy, and unnecessary struggle.
I also wish I had known the importance of patience and trust in your own process. Early on, I was eager for results and constantly compared myself to others, which created pressure and self-doubt. What I’ve learned is that transformation—both personally and professionally—is rarely linear. The small, consistent steps, paired with reflection and recalibration, create the biggest and most lasting shifts.
Finally, don’t underestimate the power of showing up as your authentic self. Your unique perspective, voice, and story are your greatest assets. People connect with you because of who you are, not just what you offer. Start there, stay aligned with your values, and be willing to grow along the way.
