Today we’d like to introduce you to Gayane Atanesyan. 

Hi Gayane, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Thank you much for having me! Oh gosh my story is quite a long one… I guess you could say I don’t come from much. And I always hated that. From a young age, all I wanted was to be successful. But that meant something completely different once I got a little older and realized my happiness was also important. Once I was able to accept that, I found my place in this world. That place being a content creating real estate agent!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has its ups and downs. I mean that’s life, right? A little mental breakdown here and there but giving up is never an option. If it was easy, everyone would do it. I’m here to prove that I’m ready for it.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’ve got 2 full time jobs, I’m a content creator and real estate agent. With that I’m here to take the title of being Denver’s Most Charismatic Agent! I’m trying to bring some personality to the real estate world. While I’m still a licensed professional you can trust with one of the biggest transactions of your life, I’m also a real person going through the same Millennial b.s everyone else goes through. I do my best to portray that through my content. Some days I talk about my bad dates, some days I teach you how to turn your property into an investment. Guess you could say there’s something for everyone.

What do you think about happiness?
Reaching genuine happiness is very much possible. I was in denial of that for a very long time but the universe has proved me wrong. Dream big. Don’t listen to these people who’ve settled. Go find your happiness.
