Inspiring Conversations with Jaden Hanson of Mile High Lifestyles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaden Hanson.

Hi Jaden, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my career as a real estate agent in 2014. I had a lot of success as an independent agent early on, winning rookie of the year at my brokerage, Your Castle Real Estate. Over the next 5 years my production and success continued to grow. In 2018, I partnered up with my colleague Sean Nealon to create Mile High Lifestyles. Our vision was to create a brand that was modern and attractive to the new generation. Over the next few years we quickly grew our team to over 20 agents and over $100 million in annual production. Our differentiator was, and still is the collaborative approach that our team takes. In a world where many agents are territorial, we push widespread collaboration. When you work with one of our agents, you get an entire team promoting and sharing your property through multiple channels.

Fast forwarding to 2025, Mile High Lifestyles is one of the largest and highest producing teams in the state of Colorado. We now have over 60 agents and have gone from a team to an organization in itself. The credit of our success belongs to the incredible leaders that we have on our team, and our brokerage, Your Castle Real Estate, which is a largest and highest producing independent brokerage in the state. Most notably, Director Jeremy Lambert is world class when it comes to building and maintaining relationships. I can say with 100% confidence that we would not be where we are without Jeremy and the other leaders at Your Castle.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Despite what you see on TV, real estate is never “smooth”. We face constant challenges whether it be market related issues or internal team dynamics. The past four years have been incredibly challenging with a struggling economy and high interest rates. At our size, it’s challenging to create a harmonious culture with so many strong personalities, however, that is one thing that we do VERY well. Our team and our brand is a vibe. The larger we get, the better our culture becomes and I’m very proud of that.

We’ve been impressed with Mile High Lifestyles, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What differentiates Mile High Lifestyles from other companies is our brand, our culture, and our approach. We have moved from being just another team to a full on organization. We have our own app which allows you to search for homes, connects you to the top service providers in the state, and provides a wealth of information on neighborhood guides and what is happening in the Mile High City and surrounding areas. Additionally, we have internal resources for lending, title, and insurance. We have a 3,300 sq ft office in RiNo with a gym, skate park, and a pool, where agents want to come to work.

Any big plans?
Our goal is to become the largest and highest producing team in the state of Colorado – we aren’t far off. We have laid the organizational ground work with all of the services and resources for homeowners. The world is evolving and a new generation is taking over. At Mile High Lifestyles, we plan to stay ahead of the curve and provide the best resources and cutting edge technology for our clients.
