Inspiring Conversations with Kirstine LeMaster of Solvara Rising

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kirstine LeMaster.

Hi Kirstine , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I didn’t come to Kangen from a place of chasing money or looking for a business. I came to it from a place of survival, healing, and deep questioning of the systems we’re taught to trust.

I became a mother very young, and for a long time I lived in survival mode—doing whatever I could to provide, while also trying to heal my own body and nervous system. I’ve always been drawn to holistic living, natural health, and learning how the body actually works rather than just masking symptoms. Water was one of those things I knew mattered, but I didn’t realize how much until my health journey deepened.

When I was first introduced to Kangen water, I was skeptical. I had already been drinking “good” water, eating clean, and living consciously. But once I understood the role water plays at a cellular level—hydration, mineral balance, detox pathways, inflammation—it completely shifted my perspective. This wasn’t about a trend or a product. It was about the foundation of human health.

What really stayed with me, though, was the business model. As a single mother, I needed more than just another job. I needed flexibility, sovereignty over my time, and the ability to build something aligned with my values—something that didn’t require me to choose between being present with my child and earning an income.

Kangen gave me a way to do that. Not overnight, not easily—but sustainably. It allowed me to build a business rooted in education, service, and empowerment rather than pressure or hype. I don’t “sell water.” I teach people how to reclaim their health and their autonomy, starting with the most basic and overlooked resource we all rely on.

Today, my work with Kangen is part of a much bigger mission. It’s about helping families break out of survival mode, reconnect with their bodies, and create lives that are rooted in nature, presence, and freedom. This business supported me during some of the most challenging seasons of my life, and it continues to grow with me as I step more fully into my purpose—as a mother, a guide, and a woman building a life on her own terms.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. The biggest struggle has honestly been myself—my doubts, my fear, and the old stories telling me that I couldn’t do it.

This business has been like shadow work on steroids. It mirrors everything back to you: your confidence, your self-worth, your relationship with money, your ability to be seen, and your patterns around fear and rejection. There’s no hiding from yourself in this work.

Along the way, I’ve had to learn how to regulate my nervous system, reframe failure, and stop taking “no” as a reflection of my value. I’ve learned to trust myself more deeply, to lead with integrity, and to see challenges as opportunities for growth rather than proof that I’m not capable.

The struggles forced me to evolve—not just as a business owner, but as a person. They taught me how to change the way I speak to myself, how I show up for others, and how I move through uncertainty with more resilience and self-compassion.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Solvara Rising ?
My work lives at the intersection of holistic health, education, and conscious entrepreneurship. At its core, I help individuals and families return to the foundations of well-being—starting with water—while also creating pathways to financial and lifestyle freedom.

Through Kangen Water, I specialize in education around cellular hydration, mineral balance, detoxification, and the long-term impact of water quality on the body. Rather than approaching it as a product sale, I focus on teaching people why water matters at a foundational level and how informed choices can radically shift health outcomes over time. I’m known for translating complex health concepts into grounded, accessible information that empowers people to make decisions confidently and sustainably.

Solvara Rising is the umbrella under which everything I do lives. It’s a holistic wellness and lifestyle brand rooted in the belief that true health is multi-dimensional—physical, emotional, nervous-system, and environmental. Solvara Rising weaves together water education, holistic nutrition, movement, and conscious living with entrepreneurship and personal growth. It’s not just about feeling better in your body; it’s about building a life that feels aligned, spacious, and sovereign.

What sets my work apart is the way I integrate inner work with practical systems. I don’t separate personal healing from business or health from lifestyle. I speak honestly about the mental, emotional, and nervous-system work required to build something sustainable—especially as a woman and a mother. My approach is slow, intentional, and rooted in integrity rather than urgency or pressure.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the way Solvara Rising has become a space of trust. People come not just for information, but for clarity, grounding, and support. I’ve built a brand that values transparency, education, and empowerment over trends or quick fixes. Whether someone is investing in better water, exploring holistic health, or considering entrepreneurship, my goal is that they feel informed, supported, and respected.

What I want readers to know is that this work is about returning to basics and reclaiming agency—over our health, our time, and the lives we’re building. Kangen and Solvara Rising aren’t about perfection or hustle culture. They’re about creating sustainable rhythms, honoring the body, and building businesses and lifestyles that support real freedom.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Honestly, my biggest advice is to just start. Don’t wait to feel ready. Don’t wait for confidence, clarity, or the perfect plan. Action is the vehicle that carries you toward your dreams—clarity comes from movement, not before it.

I wish I had known sooner that motivation follows action, not the other way around. So many people stay stuck because they’re waiting for fear to disappear, but fear only loosens its grip once you move through it. You don’t think your way into a new life—you act your way into one.

Every step you take teaches you something. Every imperfect action builds self-trust. Momentum is created by showing up consistently, even when you feel uncertain or unqualified. The people who succeed aren’t the ones who had it all figured out—they’re the ones who were willing to move before they felt ready.

If I could tell my past self one thing, it would be this: stop overthinking and start embodying the person you want to become. Take the step. Send the message. Share the idea. Make the decision. Action changes everything.
