Today we’d like to introduce you to Levent Ozdemir.

Hi Levent, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Graduated at the university of Colorado Boulder in Architecture and Business. After graduating end of 1998, received my Real estate license in 1999. I worked in architecture and planning, while working with my real estate. I started in the boom of 1999. I got hired on with cherry creek realtors. I planned for working in construction and development and later got laid off from my architecture career and focused mainly on real estate. With little knowledge of the markets. with my surrounding and contacts had a considerable amount of clients and had to learn quickly with minimal guidance. Had assistance even with some lenders I knew, At this time in person training was mainly the avenue of education. Everything was manual and persistence and presence was everything. After many years of learning from different markets developing with clients and knowledge. With all the tools now, I try to train and bring up young new agents and train what I didn’t receive in my start in the industry. Born in Ankara Turkey, moved to New York at 3 years old and later moved to Colorado in 1982. lived and learned the rising trends of Colorado over 3 decades. many other experiences throughout with different businesses while in the real estate career. love what I do and hopefully this industry lasts for professional expertise to clients and prospectives

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
