Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Transitioning from the corporate world to entrepreneurship was one of the biggest challenges Paul faced. While he was confident in his skills and work ethic, stepping into a new industry meant facing unknowns and navigating steep learning curves. Early on, he encountered setbacks with misaligned partnerships and underestimated the complexities of managing multiple projects. A key turning point was recognizing the importance of pacing growth and refining processes, rather than rushing to scale too quickly.

The pandemic in 2020 also presented unique obstacles, forcing a shift in focus and strategy. It became a time for learning, recalibrating, and doubling down on the foundational principles of sustainable business growth. These experiences have shaped Paul’s approach to overcoming challenges with resilience and intentionality
