Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Johnson.
Hi Tiffany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
One word- “Student-athlete”. A title for me that carried responsibility, required discipline, commitment, and yet one that also made me proud. I began my career in sports early-at the age of 5 playing recreational soccer. Several years later, at the age of 9, I transitioned into my first season of Track & Field competitively. Little did I know this would be the beginning of a 13-year journey that would help me work my way into college as a Division 1 Athlete along with stellar performance in academics; in which I am also proud! Now of course it was not an easy process as I have laid out- the commitment was not only required of me, but as a child, my bigger supporting cast was my family. I had what most people might think was a luxury, “one-up” on others because my father was very present as well as my coach from the age of 5 through high school and just before the start of my collegiate career. There were a total of 3, 285 days that I had the pleasure of having my dad alongside me; pushing me, rooting for me, and guiding me, but that did not always come with ease. As you grow, mature, and develop socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically relationships change at different stages of the game. There were days filled with sadness, fatigue, hurt, and burnout. Then there were days that were fun, exciting, and sometimes ones that even gave me an adrenaline rush.
This snapshot and synopsis is what drove me to pursue my entrepreneurial efforts as a Motivational Speaker and “Conditioning “Coach today.
I mentor, educate, and coach daily because it is innate. If you have a skill that can help others grow, I believe it is nothing something I should shield from the world but use it to inspire and make change for the better when an opportunity presents itself.
I always want to leave those I work with or encounter in any capacity to be INSPIRED, MOTIVATED, and READY TO TAKE ACTION!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Obstacles are without a shadow of a doubt ever-present. The road has not always been smooth, but truly that is the beauty of it. As an athlete, I have a no-quit attitude- the goal is to find a way to win- and this isn’t always easy either. Building a business from the ground up, establishing credibility, learning to become “the source and resource” for people takes time and confidence. Ever heard of imposter syndrome? You know, when someone doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments? That was me and truthfully feel that more than I would like. But the truth of the matter is, it is all a mindset. Many obstacles we face are either in our control or out of our control- but you know that right? “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” Our mind can be our biggest deterrent and distraction, but I am learning daily to reverse that and demonstrate to not only myself but to others that you can overcome. How is this done?- you have to make the choice to do better so you can be better. Every day is an opportunity- and I have learned to turn my obstacles (trials) into triumphs!
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

I am a woman of faith and I find often that I listen to those who inspire me and push me in the season I am in and the one in which I will be walking into. The two speakers I listen to on their YouTube Channels are Pastor Michael Todd and Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts. The book that has truly been inspiring that I have read as a reminder of where I am is Crazy Faith, by Pastor Michael Todd. Lastly is the book by former Flotus Michelle Obama- Becoming. There were and are strong elements, reminders, and affirmations that show you how as an individual you are laws evolving, flouring, and coming your best self.
