Inspiring Conversations with Violetta Queen of Violetta Fitness LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Violetta Queen

Hi Violetta, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I came to the U.S. from Ukraine in 2018 and started building a new life from scratch. My journey in fitness began way back in 2012 – I was passionate about bodybuilding, eventually competing in multiple shows and even winning first place and the overall title at the Denver Open in 2021.

At that time, I was a stay-at-home mom, doing part-time personal training for women. Fitness was always part of my life. But everything changed in 2024 when I gave birth to my second child – at 39. Despite being an athlete and exercising during pregnancy, postpartum recovery hit me like a wall. I experienced incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, low back pain, and discovered a two-finger diastasis recti. It was humbling. And it made me realize: if I, a seasoned athlete, was going through this, how must moms who never worked out feel?

So I started working on my core and pelvic floor every single day. Within two weeks, my leakage symptoms improved. By week four, I could feel my lower abs again—my core felt tighter, my back pain disappeared, and my confidence began to come back.

That’s when I created the 4-Week Mom Pooch Solution—a digital program designed to help moms heal their postpartum core, reconnect with their bodies, and feel strong again.

It wasn’t easy. I built the program while sleep-deprived, breastfeeding 5–8 times a night, and barely having the energy to exercise. But I made a promise to myself: even five minutes a day counts. Sometimes I worked out in bed, sometimes while holding my baby. But I showed up—and that made all the difference.

Now, I coach moms through Instagram, YouTube, and 1:1 sessions. I get messages every week from women saying things like, “I finally feel my abs again,” or “my back pain is gone,” or “I feel like me again.” That’s why I do this.

My mission is to help as many women as I can. Healing your core and pelvic floor isn’t just about fitness—it’s about restoring your confidence, your energy, and your power as a woman and a mother.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. It’s been anything but smooth. Behind every video I post and every workout I share, there’s a tired, sometimes overwhelmed mom just trying to make it through the day.

One of the biggest challenges has been recovering postpartum while taking care of a newborn who nurses 5–8 times a night. Sleep deprivation is real—it messes with your mood, energy, motivation, everything. There were so many days I wanted to just stay in bed. And honestly, some days I did stay in bed—but I still found ways to move, even if it was just five minutes of deep core breathing while lying next to my baby.

Time was another challenge. It’s hard to find even 10 minutes when you’re constantly being needed. That’s when I started creating little workouts I could do while holding my baby, or while he played beside me. I had to learn to stop waiting for “the perfect time” and just work with what I had.

Creating my 4-week program while sleep-deprived, healing, and juggling mom life was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I had to fight through brain fog, fatigue, and the mental battle of wondering, “Is this even good enough?”

But I kept going because I knew other moms were feeling the same way—tired, lost, and not like themselves anymore. If I could figure out how to move forward, even in the chaos, maybe I could help them do it too.

It’s been a messy, emotional, beautifully raw road. But I wouldn’t change it. Every struggle has helped me connect more deeply with the moms I serve.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My business is built around one mission: to help postpartum moms heal their core, reconnect with their bodies, and feel strong, confident, and empowered again—without guilt, overwhelm, or unrealistic expectations.

I specialize in postpartum fitness, with a strong focus on core and pelvic floor recovery. I created the 4-Week Mom Pooch Solution—a digital program designed for real moms who are exhausted, short on time, and unsure where to start. It’s safe for diastasis recti, incontinence, and pelvic floor weakness, and can be done in 5–15 minutes a day, even with a baby in your arms.

I also offer 1:1 coaching for women who want more personalized support, and I share daily content, workouts, and encouragement on Instagram and YouTube. My approach is gentle, realistic, and rooted in experience—because I’m living it too.

What sets me apart is that I’m not just a trainer—I’m a mom in the trenches. I know what it’s like to feel broken, disconnected from your body, and frustrated by how little time or energy you have. My programs are designed to meet women exactly where they are—with compassion, humor, and no pressure to “bounce back.”

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that I’ve created a space where moms feel seen, supported, and hopeful. I get messages every day from women saying, “I didn’t think I’d ever feel like myself again—but your program changed everything.”

I want readers to know: you don’t have to choose between being a present mom and feeling strong in your body again. You can have both. You just need the right tools, support, and a reminder that you’re worth the time.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Oh yes—this journey wouldn’t be possible without a few key people and a whole lot of love and encouragement along the way.

First, my clients and followers on Instagram and YouTube deserve a huge thank you. Their messages, testimonials, and encouragement have kept me going—especially on days when I was running on no sleep and doubting everything. Every time a mom tells me she felt her abs for the first time or stopped leaking after years of struggling… it reminds me why I do this.

I also want to thank a few fellow fitness professionals and mompreneurs I’ve connected with online. Seeing other women build meaningful businesses while raising babies showed me that it’s possible—and that I’m not alone in trying to balance it all.

And most importantly—my children. They’ve been the inspiration behind everything I’ve built. My baby, who nurses all night and still smiles at me in the morning, reminds me daily that love and softness can live alongside strength. My kids have given me my “why,” my purpose, and even my workout partners during many filming sessions.

Building this business has been messy, beautiful, exhausting, and fulfilling. I may be the face of it, but it’s never been a solo journey. I’m so grateful for everyone who’s lifted me up along the way.
