Life & Work with Casey Thompson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Casey Thompson.

Hi Casey, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I am a born and raised Colorado native.

From an early age, I found value in the necessity for self-sufficiency. Because of this, I am a hard worker who takes pride in what I am passionate about. I found my interest in photography while in school for media production; I continue to foster that interest and passion by continuously learning and letting my camera lens lead the way.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Sometimes, there have been many challenges and bumps in the road throughout my career.

Getting a good footing and the knowledge to pursue my passions have rewarded me and have posed challenges.

But with a little discipline and hard work, most of it has paid off.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a wedding and event photographer. I’ve had a few of my photos published in a few photography magazines, and that is probably the best accomplishment I am proud of in my photography career.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Always be willing to learn, whether that’s a new skill or a way of doing a certain thing. And I’ve learned to have a lot of patience in all aspects of my life.
