Life & Work with Hannah Coleman of Colorado springs

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hannah Coleman.

Hi Hannah, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m a Colorado Springs–based mom and fitness influencer, and I share my life online—everything from workouts and meals to confidence, motherhood, travel, and the real ups and downs in between.

I actually started my Instagram journey almost ten years ago during a really low point in my life. I needed an outlet and something that felt like it was just for me, so I started going to the gym and used Instagram almost like an online journal. It was a way to document my progress and keep myself accountable. At the time, I probably had around 100 followers and never imagined anyone else would really be watching—it was just my space.

The more I shared my fitness journey and opened up about my life and struggles, the more it started to resonate with people. Over time, both my platform and I grew. Fitness stopped being something I “did” and became a true lifestyle—one that’s evolved alongside me.

Now I’m a mom, and my content has naturally grown with that chapter of my life. I love sharing what real mom life looks like—balancing workouts, confidence, family, and everyday chaos. It’s incredibly fulfilling, and the community that’s come from it means everything to me. Travel is also a huge part of my life, and I love being able to weave that in as well.

Looking back, it’s wild to see how something I started just for myself turned into a career and a community I’m so proud of.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—like most things in life, it’s been full of ups and downs. I started my journey during a really low point, so just showing up for myself in the beginning was a challenge. There were a lot of moments of self-doubt, comparison, and wondering if what I was sharing even mattered.

Growing on social media while still figuring out who I was—and then later becoming a mom—came with its own set of challenges. My priorities shifted, my body changed, and I had to learn how to give myself grace while redefining what fitness and confidence looked like for me in each season.

There’s also the pressure that comes with sharing your life online. It’s easy to feel like you need to have everything together all the time, but real life isn’t like that. Learning to be honest, set boundaries, and stay true to myself—even when it felt uncomfortable—was a big learning curve.

Through it all, those challenges are what shaped me the most. They taught me consistency, resilience, and the importance of showing up authentically, not perfectly.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At my core, I’m a content creator who genuinely loves creating. I specialize in lifestyle, fitness, and motherhood content, with a big focus on video. I love telling stories through visuals—whether that’s a workout, a morning routine, travel moments, or just real life as a mom. Creating content has always been a creative outlet for me, not just a job.

I’m known for sharing a realistic approach to fitness and confidence, especially as a mom. I don’t believe in perfection or extremes—I focus on balance, consistency, and feeling good in your body in every season of life. My content blends workouts, meals, mom life, travel, and everyday moments in a way that feels relatable and attainable.

What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built. Knowing that people feel seen, motivated, or less alone because of something I shared means everything to me. I’m also proud of how much I’ve grown creatively—especially with video. I’m constantly pushing myself to learn new ways to tell stories, edit, and bring ideas to life.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I actually used to be really shy. I grew up in a sheltered environment and didn’t have the easiest home life, so anyone who knew me back then would describe me as quiet and reserved. It wasn’t until I moved out and started university that I really found my voice and became my true self. Now, if you ask anyone who knows me, they’d probably say I’m one of the most outgoing and social people they know.
