Today we’d like to introduce you to Jan Chodkowski.

Hi Jan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve had a passion for beer as long as I could legally drink and decided that I’d like to pursue it as my career in my late twenties and ten years later it’s still something I love to do every day.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There are always struggles, and always opportunities to learn, The key is to just keep going and learn from your mistakes.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I love being able to brew all different styles of beer, a beer that I’m passionate about, and beer that I like to drink. Our mutual friend brewing is known for our brett beer and sour beer because those are the styles we have had the most success with but we are also known for IPAs and just brewing good clean and reliable beer.

What are your plans for the future?
We are in the process of getting a larger tank which will allow us to produce larger beer year-round.
