Life & Work with Samantha Bachechi

Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha Bachechi.

Samantha Bachechi

Hi Samantha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
I have been a graphic designer for over 25 years. My clients have ranged from the COS Fine Arts Center, Theatreworks, Poor Richards, COPPeR, SunWater Spa, Praco Advertising, Gowdy Printcraft, A Step Ahead Adoption, and many locally owned healers, artists, and entrepreneurs.

Along the way, I have followed my heart by taking classes that ignite my passions. I have obtained degrees in Graphic Design and Parapsychic Science, certifications in herbology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Dream Coaching, and Master level Reiki, and have become an initiative in Munay Ki, The Modern Mystery School, and microdose coaching.

Today, I am developing my coaching practice by infusing many of these skills to assist in the healing and awakening of my clients. My Artist of the Spirit practice combines coaching with meditations, alchemical principles, archetypical work, and art pieces to serve as touchstones to powerful healing!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Being a parent to an Asperger’s child while my husband traveled for a living was a difficult period. I would often take on clients for the money only to find out I had trapped myself with deadlines leaving little time for self-care.

Also, my ability to fall in line with societal norms was never easy. I strayed from school due to social anxiety but returned to do it my way graduating with my high school class. This attitude toward education continued into adulthood where I felt compelled to learn my interests rather than business skills.

I often felt out of place in the business world which contributed to cognitive dissonance. I knew if I just took another business class, I could make it work. But that was never the case. I see the world through senses that don’t can’t be seen through a linear lens.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
After having been in business networking groups, and corporate jobs I soon realized I was not aligned with corporate thinking.

Furthermore, I never thrived in an office space surrounded by noise and energies that weren’t my own. I decided to ditch the idea of working in an office by working from the solitude of my home office. Then shifted my focus to helping nonprofits, art, and healing communities for which I felt more alignment. It became my mission to help the “soul” preneur with a calling.

My logos have received awards from the Advertising Federation and the Denver Arts League. I have designed everything imaginable in print and packaging and have been designing websites with WordPress for over 15 years.

I am now shifting again by moving from a graphic and web design career to a coaching career. The new improved 3.0 version of my career incorporates art and alchemy with identity. This can come in the form of a logo for a small business owner or creating a new mindset for a coaching client.

What does success mean to you?
There are two ways I feel successful. First, I love to help clients see things from a new perspective. I love it when my clients feel awakened to a higher vibration by having worked with me.

Second, feeling a sense of balance where I intentionally program time for growth, meditation, and vacation as part of my working calendar is where I feel successful. This is essential for me to live up to my sole purpose.

I will soon have two websites: Logos and book covers – https://creativemedium.net, and soon coaching – https://artistofthespirit.net.
