Meet Andrea Peralta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Peralta.

Hi Andrea, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m a Colorado native, born and raised in north Denver. I come from a service industry background and I worked in nightclubs from 18-30. I turned “dirty 30”, had a mid-life crisis, and I realized that the career path I was on had a shelf life. I decided to leave my comfortable, well-paying, consistent job to pursue a full-time career in real estate. I knew that I had a lot of potential but also a lot of stiff competition. I dove into real estate brand new and headfirst in 2018. I worked with a lot of high-producing teams and amazing mentors over the years and I soaked up every piece of knowledge that I could. After years of crying in the shower wondering if I’ve made the right decision, all of my hard work and consistency is paying off and I’m finally starting to make a name for myself. I pride myself on giving A+ service to every single client and giving them an amazing experience instead of a transaction. I’m so grateful that I’m able to give back to others by helping them set up a firm foundation to build their family and future. I believe that God blesses me so that I can bless those around me <3

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Growth is scary. Change is scary. I left a comfortable, consistent, well-paying job to venture into the unknown. Starting a business is hard. I cried in the shower weekly for probably the first couple of years wondering if I made the right decision. You have to be tough to start a business. You have to know your worth. You have to know what you bring to the table and be willing to prove it time after time until others start seeing it for themselves. I work seven days a week. I’ve sacrificed money that I didn’t have, dinners with my husband and kids, time with my family, literally blood, sweat, and tears to be where I’m at today. And I’m still not done growing! You can bet your sweet a** that my business will continue to grow exponentially over the next few years. I’m no longer afraid to make sacrifices to be where I want to be. There’s no growth in comfort zones and I’ve learned to get uncomfortable and to stay there!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I think the thing that sets me apart from others is my work ethic and my heart. I work 7 days a week, sometimes 16 hours a day. I’m not afraid to put in hard work to take my business to the next level. My team lead always tells me that “the game is fair and it rewards those accordingly”. You either have the hustle or you don’t. Another thing that I’m known for is my heart for my business and my clients. I’ve hit rock bottom leaving a comfortable job and making almost no money the first year in business. It humbled me. I know how to be kind and compassionate. I see the potential in people and there is nothing more rewarding than being able to get creative to help everyday people achieve their dreams. We’re in a really tough market. The majority of my clients are first-time home buyers with FHA loans. I’m able to help them capitalize on down payment assistance while competing with cash offers and “more favorable” loans. I will beat out cash and conventional offers all day with my consistency, work ethic, and strategy. I’m always willing to give back to my clients to make sure that a deal gets done. I’m not scared to beat around the bush and have the scary conversations that are necessary to get a job done. Passion is what drives me, and that can’t be taught.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
My game plan is to work my a** off over the next 10 years or so and learn from the mistakes that I’ve seen my team leaders make. I plan on starting my own team, buying multiple properties around the country, and accumulating multiple streams of passive income. I will “work smarter, not harder”.
