Meet Angela Forhan

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Angela Forhan. Angela was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Kristina Corcoran.

Hi Angela, we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started walking dogs in college for a little extra cash. I loved the flexible schedule and proximity to campus, but most of all, I loved getting to meet the dogs and care for them. I continued walking and pet sitting all through college and made so many great furry friends. When I moved to Colorado in 2019 I continued on a part time basis, as I had a full time sales job. In 2021 I decided I wanted to do something I had always dreamed of- own my own business. So I took the plunge to start The Top Dog Resort in Dec 2021, and had everything up and running by January 2022. We are now a team of 4, serving the greater Denver area and I love what the business has become. Caring for dogs is the best job and I couldn’t be happier to have so many canine companions!

Please tell us more about your brand, The Top Dog Resort
We offer 2 overnight care options: boarding (in my or one of my team members homes) and in-your-home sitting. We also offer walks, drop ins, daycare, and wedding care. Wedding care includes all the bride and groom need to be able to have their dog incorporated into their wedding- from help with the pictures to dancing with the pups at the reception. We treat your pups like they are our own, ensuring an awesome experience you and your pup will love!
